Hello, I have purchased blackberry z10 on august 30th 2014 at galleria shop in banjara hills, after 4 month my phone was dead. I went that shop for service, that shop owner is not responding properly, till now i did get my phone. He gave me Q10(second hand) instead of z10, But that phone also not working.

      Dear Sir, I bought a mobile Black Berry Z10 from City Mobile, Madgao, Goa in 2014. Since I purchased this mobile I told the shop owner to change this mobile as having network and battery problem in this mobile but the owner did not replace. After that I went to resolve the same problem to BlackBerry authorized service centre(Panjim) there I came to know, this mobile is from abroad one so you can not get service here and if you want then you need to pay our service charge. After complaining the same to owner he told I will give service and that time he updated my mobile. Now, from last more than one month, neither he gives service nor receives my number.         Hi Team,

        I had submitted my phone Blackberry Z3 to Gurgaon Expert Center which had Microphone "not working" issue under the job sheet number "[protected]" dated 05/03/2015. Job sheet attached for reference.

        As per job sheet, expected return date is 07/03/2015 however, no update on that so far and I am unable to track it online.

        I went to their Expert Center
        "HCL Infosystems Limited
        Parasnath Building, Ground Floor, Sector-14, Old Gurgaon Road,
        Opp to Motorola building, Gurgaon, Pin-122001.
        City: Gurgaon" to check the status. Then, available front staff casually said wait for 25 days at least as sent to head office and no stock available. On the top on it they made a stinker that November-December case are still pending. Are trying to say that Blackberry (international Brand) is Very Fast servicing their customers or they are telling me that I made a mistake buying BB phone. If stock is not available then this is BB problem or they should shut down the manufacturing of good like this one.

        I had been using BB for last 4 years and this time they are screwing their loyal customer and spreading how good Blackberry Boys Serving to their customer.

        If anyone alive and human is reading it act ASAP otherwise I will be putting and sharing my Awesome experience everywhere on net and make a mark on your reputation.

        Please put it on priority the date when I will get my phone back with working condition.

        Awaiting your response as suffering badly with the late services.

        Note: Stop making customer fool by the name of brand and services dirt. You are as good as Chinese Imported phone company.

          I purchased BlackBerry Z10 from BES Phoenix‎ Mall on 01.06.2014. He has broken his display and went to the service center in Isphani Mall. But the representatives over there has redirected him to MMS Solutions Service center. Where he has been charged 7, 697/- for display change and 1, 253/- for OS update.

              Dear Sir, I "Ritik Dua" bought a new Blackberry Z10 on 13th Aug 2014 And that time i was too happy for again to enter in bb family.I used only blackberry phones from last 5-6 years.And First time Blackberry service center disappoint me by service which they provide.i am facing the same problem again and again.i submitted my phone in October 2014 service center delivered my phone in 20 days with replaced new battery they said sir its a battery issue so we changed the battery And re-software my phone.after that i bought a new personal original extra battery also but after some time again i faced the same problem battery will drain again day by day back was worst.even the handset damaged my new battery which replaced by service center and my extra personal battery also.then again i submitted my phone on 11th jan 2015 they delivered my phone in 1 week again replaced a new battery and re software the service request number is-[protected] you can check the all records from this number easily.but today is just 24th feb 2015 and again i am facing the same problem.that time service center customer care executive said sir now phone will be work properly.so now whats this why i am facing the same problem.and now they said sir please come at service center we will check and solve out the problem.first thing there is not a service center of a company i live in saharanpur(u.p) the service center in meerut(u.p) they dont have a sense how to treat client.so i visited in delhi(india) service center janakpuri.they said the problem will be come again and again because i am restoring my contacts and Bbm.can your service engineer explain what is the connection in between battery and protect data.and now i facing one more problem screen is not wake up from swipe the screen and press the power key.this is the quality of blackberry products and service center quality.i don't care now if blackberry can not resolve the problem so refund the money as per my invoice or replace the handset same day because i can not bare the more cost for staying in hotel on food and travelling because they never delivered a phone in a same day.hope you will answer asap.                 Hello, I was using BlackBerry from last 5 years, recently 3 months ago I purchased BlackBerry Q 5. The device is in service centre for the last 50 days. In between this I have visited your service centre for around 9 times (for raising issues and collecting the phone). I got 4 jobsheets 1 after another, They replaced my phone once but the problem still persist. The device is still in service centre and they said it will take another 15 days from today. Hope you can uderstand the frustration level. 1) ZRV/BB/14/21376 2) ZRV/BB/14/21613 3) ZRV/BB/14/21654 and the last one which is still in process 4) ZRV/BB/14/21882 This is the worst service which I have seen in my entire life.                       Hello, I have a blackberry Z30 smartphone and I am facing issue(Power button was not working). Phone is in warranty period so I had given the phone in blackberry service center (PC Support, G33 &34, Ashoka mall, Opp to Sun & sand Hotel, Band Garden road, Pune) on[protected]. I was visited the service center 4 times to submit my phone from 26th Dec 2014, but due to their internal problem they have accepted phone on 2nd Jan 2015. Today around 1 month completed but still I have not received my phone nor any response from your service center . I had also try to contact to service center on these numbers [protected] [protected] I am calling these numbers from past 3/4 days but nobody is responding.                             Dear Team, I Anil Anthony have smart phone curve 8520, i have taken the phone on August, 2010 and there was no problem until my complete phone was black out on[protected] and i have given my mobile to the service centre on[protected] @ 1.30 pm with receipt no.hyd/bb/13/06360 amt .rs.220/- and informed to confirm what was the problem and rectify the same. I received the call from the technical staff mr.anand cse at 1.45 pm to 2.00 pm stating that the phone cannot be rectified and the amount will be refunded back to me and stated that if at all i have to give for repair it will take rs.10, 000/- for the same. I went to your service station today @ 1.30 pm to 2.00 pm and was informed that the phone cannot be service and asked to give at any of the local service center in order to rectify the mobile and on top of it i was informed that i will be not given any refund for the same.As the charge were taken for checking the mobile and the same cannot be refunded for which we had an heated arugment with your cse mr.anand and he started raising is voice and was not at all customer friendly not customer oriented, neverthless to say was not having the proficieny to iform the customer about the issue and resolve rather asking me to visit any of the local service center and get it rectified.My first question why is the BB service center is given when the technical staff are not equiped to service customer issue Second question why the staff are guiding the customer to the local service center rather to the renowed bb service centerThird i have been charge without any service and on top of it the technical staff was not customer proficiency Fourth, i had a very bad experience on my holiday day visiting the center without any solution and bad customer orientation from the technical staff Fifth i would like to recieve solution for my problemm, if so please call me on my mobile no.[protected] Regards, Anil Anthony

                                HYD/BB/14/12876 -> Several times I have telephoically followed up and in person follow-up. But I am shocked at the apathy of redington servicing staff at the Hyderabad service centre. It's already close to 18 days since I gave my phone for repair. They are just not progressing the repair, there are no updates and every time a different excuse is given to me. The servicing manager is not willing to talk citing excuses.                                     Dear Sir / Mam, 1.I've purchased a Blackberry Z10 (IMEI : [protected]) on 16/3/2014 with proper bill from propriter Dharmendra Electronics (Naudara Bridge Jabalpur). After ( 20th August, 2014) I saw that my batter is not working properly so I went to the Blackberry service point for the solution (in front of Mata Gujri Hostel, Near Sahil Honda, Napier Town). 2. After tracing the phone, it is said by the Blackberry service station that this phone sold by propriter Dharmendra Electronics (Naudra Bridge Jabalpur) is not an Indian Market handset but its an grey market (foriegn maket) handset so we can't provide services under warranty policies. 3. When I told this to propriter Dharmendra Electronics (Naudara Bridge Jabalpur) they said that this mobile is 100% Genuine and Indian. If it so then why service point is not providing services to me 4. I want to change my phone or return my money back because if any technical problem will occur in future than how will I get the solution. Please help me... What to do? With Regards, Harjot Singh

                                      Dear Sir/Madam, I bought Blackberry Z3 through Flipkart on September-20-2014, Within this one month of time I've faced the following issue two times. The issue is, Touch screen is not responding. First time it occurs within 10 days of purchase and after few minutes it was working fine after switch off & Switching on the handset, the same issue arises now, I am able to switch off, Switch in the Set also I am able to increase and decrease volume with the buttons available. But I could not work through Touch screen. Please help me.! Thanks!

                                        I had given my BlackBerry z10 to service center on 13-09-14 Work order no : HFE/BB/14/00443 1.My phone OS was not stable and had many problems, so gave it to service center . The person there said it will take minimum 25 days to service the phone, but today after 25 days I went to the service center to ask my phone, the person there said it will take more 30 days to service my phone. 2. so i tried to call the blackberry customer care, number provided by the company website [[protected] ], which is not an Indian customer care number but an Canadian customer care number, the problem of the customer care representative was, he was unable to understand my Indian English and i was unable to understand his English but i somehow managed to talk .and ask them to register a complaint of service center in India but they replied that they are not responsible for service center in India due to some government rule, so they said i cannot register a complaint and i have to speak to service center person i told all the things to the service center person and he said that he is not responsible for all this and the company is and he also advised me for going to consumer court, so please advise me or give me a solution to it.

                                          Dear Sir, On 02/06/2014 I purchased a new handset of Blackberry Z10, but it was a defective set as sim card is not readable in the device . I was unable to get use any of the service provider sim card on it. So, I submitted it to the Blackberry Service Centre ( Dnyaneshwar Paduka Chowk, FC Road, Pune ) for repair the device. They told me that it will take a time of 1 month but after 1 month they returned me the faulty device as it was earlier.now it is near about 04 month and there isn't any response to me by them regarding my phone replacement and they are telling me that it is not possible to replace the phone and the device is unrepairable. So kindly help me in the same as I have spend Rs.17, 989/- on it and the cost is really valuable for me which means me a lot.                                             Hello Sir/Madam, Hope you are doing good i am facing a problem with my z10. Like although i turned on the feature of picture password but i am unable to access it i don't know why this is happening like when i lock the screen and when i unlock the screen the picture password is not appearing on the screen then i opened the settings, when i opened, the picture password is off again i turned it on and i locked the screen still i am unable to access the picture password when unlocking the screen.i reloaded the software 3 times but still no use. Please kindly help me out of this problem being a hardcore fan of blackberry i feel very bad for using z10 because of so many bugs in z10 i believe that in no other mobile will have these many bugs as blackberry has. I can't understand the reason behind this whatever it may be please help me out of the problem that i stated above. looking forward for your response. thanking you.

                                              I bought my new blackberry Z3 and it got sound problem within 15 days. I submitted my phone to the faridabad service center 'Touch' on 30 Aug 2014. The date for getting phone back was 1st of sept, 2014. After 2 hours of submitting the phone, they called and asked for sending phone to the company and will get back phone in 14 days. After 14 days when I called again to know about the status, they said that they havn't sent my phone to the company yet and will send after 3-4 days. Also the staff behaviour is not so good per customer queries. I am really disappointed with the feedback of this company.

                                                Below is the series of communication from my side but no response either from the service center nor from the regional manager who neither is picking my calls nor responding to my sms (after calling more than 20 times) iam only getting a message that i will be replaced with a new phone but the service center has no idea when? mr ashish Waiting for some status regarding my mobile. After aprox two month of purchase i found a camera problem in that phone. then i contact to Blackberry service center, Famous computer, shop no. 19 02nd floor Novelty Plaza, Bareilly, Uttar Predesh pin - 243001, than service center hade take my Blackberry Z10, IMEI No. - [protected], for swap, Officially in the date 5/08/2014 .. and from the date 5/08/2014 till today date 4/09/2014 i did not get any kind of officially responce from Blackberry service center Bareilly.

                                                      Dear Team I bought a Black Berry Z 10 Mobile 2 months back but after 10 days of purchase it starts showing hang problem on regular basis. Following are the details of the phone:- JOB SHEET NUMBER: - [protected] CUSTOMER NAME; - ANKIT AGARWAL MODEL: - BLACKBERRY Z10 As per my discussion with customer care team they assured me to provide new phone as replacement, but after few days they change their words and now saying that we can’t give you the same model as replacement, we can provide you any lower model of blackberry instead of Z 10. I don’t find any logic in that, if I bought Z 10 why should I go for any other model that to of a lower level. Please look into the matter and do the needful ASAP.

                                                        I bought Blackberry Z10 on 4rth July 2014 from ebay with PaisaPay ID [protected]. Which got delivered within 15 days by seller enext. Device IMEI number : [protected]. complaint : Camera is not working, battery backup is 10 minutes and devices is getting heated up on use. Seller Enext has nothing to say about this but they can't entertain any complaints.

There was some touch issue with the device. I returned the cell to dealer within 2 days of purchasing, he promised to give back a sealed pack device. When I approached him on the given date he was trying to give me non sealed device. I denied to take that so he said to wait for some days by saying that phone is not in stock.
