I have a serious problem with my bold 9790. Phone shuts down 7-8 times a day. I have to pull my battery out and put it back in for it to restart, sometimes even this does not work and I have to pull battery out, put the charger on to start the phone and then put battery back in. This is a serious issue and I havnt seen such a thing in the cheapest of phones.

Dear Sir,
this is in reference to the Blackberry Bold 9790 which i purchased on 14/12/2011. The phone had the below problems from the very first day :
* The phone suddenly heats up and the battery from full strenght discharges to nil and the phone turns off.
* when put to charge, a clock comes up on the home screen and remains lighted till manual exit is made. ( this does not happen in any other blackberry...
