Dear Sir/ M'am,
I purchased a Blackberry torch 9800 handset with IMEI No [protected] through Bombay Mall on 10 Jun11. The Pin of the set is 26E131C2. The software of the set has crashed twice and I have got it reloaded vide work oder no RGN/BB/11/00324 dated 25 oct 11 and BLR/BB/11/05375 dated 07 Nov 11. Again the software has crashed on 22 Jan 12 and am going to give the set to repair on 23 Jan12. I have lost data...

This is to inform you that i had purchased a blackberry torch in the month of november 2010 .
Two months after purchase i had started facing problems in the handset.
It used to keep hanging , so i gave it for repair at the Redington Centre that was in Okhla earlier .They gave me a new handset after a week. A month and a half later i have started facing the same problem.
