Sir/Mam

I had purchased a blackberry leather jacket about two years back. however the material has totally given way and started coming out as flakes. This happened while I was wearing it a social gathering and caused me a lot of embarrassment. As a regular customer of the brand, I felt cheated by the company. this poor quality of product is not expected out of a trusted brand like blackberrys wherein generally the products lasts for years.

Kindly let me know how can i get the defective jacket changed.

    Hello,

    I returned my order of jean pants the next day of its arrival on account of size issue which I had purchased through blackberrys.com which is their official website.

    It was size 30 and did not fit well. I returned it and placed another order for size 32 jeans which I received.

    Now the status of the returned first order shows that it did not meet their quality check. How is that my mistake? They should have verified it at the time of pick up via return pickup guy via. photo/video.

    They are neither refunding me nor sending back that item which they claim did not meet their quality check.

      Order No. BB45860 and BB44883... have been returned... but even after two months no refund has been issued... I have repeatedly mailed the customer care of Blackberry... but no action has been taken... please look into the issue...

        Hello Team,

        I have contacted the customer support for refund of my amount 1437 from Blackberrys,

        I have placed the order on March 22nd and i have returned it on 5th of April

        Till now I haven't received my refund.
        I have been calling customer support more than 10 times. It's been 1 1/2 month since I placed my order.

          Because I don't like it stuff and fitting was also not good
          but till now my refund is pending
          today 18 days are over. I am very much irritate

                I ordered 2 piece suit from blackberry but it had one button missing so returned the product on 5th December but today is 25th December and still I didn't got my refund.
                Whenever I call customer care they say please wait for 3 days and there days are still not over.
                I humbly request to please look into this matter and proceed my refund.

                  Made purchase of tan colour shoes (Style kelsey) from blackberry outlet at shimla on 30.9.2019 for rs 5995/_ only. Was told that due to fault in the system the product showed price different and the same have to rectified from head office. So i made cash payment for the product while other purchases of phoenix suit a pant shirt tie etc was made by card. Came home to find that the same product is selling at 50 % discount online. To make the matter worse they have given me two invoices of the same purchase and i do not have the invoice to claim the same. I do have the tag of the product intact that have the bar code. I fail to understand as to how blackberry manages to sell the product at 50 percent discount while the store sells the same product at double the price on the same day. Felt totally cheated and disgusted.
                  Have decided never to buy from blackberrys store again.

                  Blackberry store has not yet given me the invoice citing inability to retrieve old invoices. On insistence they impressed upon me that in case of product complaint they would consider the same based on bar code on the product. This means I have to save the bar code till the life of warranty or whatever. The salesmen are acting courteously but their behaviour is kind of strange.

                    Amit store manager ( I- 39 Lajpat Nagar 2 ) told that the suit can not be rectified which was given to me and now he is not willing to give me in written also.
                    Suit was defective which was given to me at time of sell or at the time of alteration, It may have caused damage for which he is not gives in written.

                    I want refund or new piece. Some day back I was told they will do the need full or replace it.

                      I bought a shirt on 4th may 2019 blackberry showroom at pathankot city for a marriage function. On same day I iron the shirt and kept in almirah to wear the shirt on 7th may 2019. I put on the shirt 7th may and wore some nivea deodrant and after some minutes I saw that there were some white spots on all over the shirt. As emergency I had to wore that shirt. Next day I washed that shirt in surf excel to remove that spots, but it did not work. So next day on 9th may I went to the showroom where I bought that shirt. The incharge of that showroom was so rude, he did not even listen properly what i want to say. He just keep telling me that I wash the shirt with some chemicals to remove that white spots, He would not take any action and He would not discuss this matter further. This was the first time I saw the worst customer handling in my life.I even asked him is there any method to remove that white spot but still he did not listen. After total purchase of over rs.6000 this was the way I was handeld. I seriously doubt that they sell the duplicate clothes. At the time I purchase that shirt, sales man guarantee that nothing will happen to that shirt regarding colour and fabric for six months. But within 5 days that shirt did not survive what sales man told me. So I highly recommend that to take actions on employees of that showroom, especially incharge, so it will not effect your bussiness relation with other customers. I know for sure that I will never buy anything from blackberry showroom at any state. I know it will not affect your bussiness, and I can not do anything, but this is my way of protesting.

                        Dear heads of blackberry,
                        I purchased a blackberry trouser from your outlet at fun mall lucknow. Bill no/invoice number - bzbz-0000973, it got faded in just 1 wash, also it is bublling and now it looks so ugly with white patches all around, i am not having its bill now as i never believe that this could happen in your companies trouser.

                        I went to store and submitted my trouser and the executive has given me its receiving. Now today i have received the call from your store and executive saying that it’s 6 months old, i agree on this but this not mean i am wearing it from the very next day when i purchased it, defective trouser has nothing to do with how month old it is.

                        Please help me in changing the same at the earliest, i am feeling cheated.

                        Please find the reciept of my trouser which i have submitted to your store.

                          We tried to convince him but he could not get convinced. Then he called the Manger Mr. Javed who was not present in the shop. He also could not get convinced and we were unable to understand why the customer should pay additional cost if the exchange was already promised. Finally, we got frustrated and could get only alteration part done for those two shirts which were purchased on 15/10/2018 and though the colors were not acceptable to us.

                          Please clarify on this. I am preparing for taking the matter with consumer forum / consumer court.

                          Please repay suitably.

                            Well i bought a trouser from blackberry’s store at Indirapuram habitat centre, Indirapuram, and Just after 6 months, the fabric ripped off from the back side. I check with customer care, and they rudely said they cannot do anything about it as it crossed 6 months.
                            I will never recommend anyone to buy blackberry’s formals, as it’s the worst quality I have ever seen in my life.

                              Invoice[protected]से 23/06/2017 को anand enterprises, citadel, ground floor, main road, ranchi pin : 834002, tel[protected] से हमने ब्लैकबेरी के लगभग 11000 रुपए के कपड़े लिए। सेल्समैन के प्रभाव में आकर एक शर्ट (Mrp 1995 selling price 1038) ऐसा लिया जो ढीला था। सेल्समेन ने दुकान में ही उसे फिट कराया लेकिन जितनी दूरी में स्टिचिंग हुई वहां के घागे फैल गए। सेल्समैन ने कहा कि धोने पर ठीक हो जाएगा लेकिन नहीं हुआ।
                              01/08/2017 को शिकायत की। अब दुकानदार न तो 1038 रुपए दे रहे हैं न हीं 1995 मुल्य का सामान (जितने एमआरपी का हमने शर्ट लौटाया उतने एमआरपी का सामन भी नहीं दे रहे हैं)। कहते हैं 31 अक्टूबर के बाद मेरा 1038 रुपया भी समाप्त हो जाएगा। सामान भी नहीं मिलेंगे।

                                Hi I bought a blue trouser from blackberrys Mumbai showroom in Phoenix market city, Kurla.The trouser faded its colour. I am a platinum member of blackberry and have been only purchasing blackberry. When I gave it back to get it check in march 2015 they told me they'll show it to their manager who responded after 4 days. He has not been helpful at all. They tell me they will send my trouser to Delhi and have it checked. If the team tells to replace they will if not then ill get the same pant back.I cannot possibly wait for 15 days for the pant to reach Delhi and then get a 50-50 chance of my pant getting fixed. The store manager is least bothered to address the issue to me. He has his employees do it who tell me they do not have any control. If that is the case then where should the customers go for justice.I am not going to purchase from blackberry hence forth and i am sure that blackberrys will not address my issue even if I leave their brand.                                     I had purchased a blackberry khaki trouser. It faded away and developed white spots after the first wash. I complained at a blackberry store but they did not show any positive response. I want my money back from the company or my trousers to be replaced.
                                    I tried to get it done several times during last 2 years but no action was taken from the company.

                                    Blackberrys — Poor Commitment and Faulty Products

                                    I have purchased 1 Shirt (Style NL-STF 115)/Purple Color/Size XL from blacberrys store which got bleed in its first wash. I have raised the complaint at the same store on 31/07/2011. My complaint was entertained by Sales person Mr. Md. Khalid.

                                    I was being convinced to cooperate with the company giving value to the formal process of sending the shirt at HO for Quality check and was promised to get the resolution for the same with in 10 days time. I have also asked Mr. Khalid to get the same replaced at the same moment.

                                    I want the answers from the company end for below mentioned questions as I am unnecessarily being involved in to thing which has no value:

                                    Complaint:

                                    1. Can blackberry agrees that customer has to bear with no fault of the customer if blackberrys shirt bleeds in its first wash after so many standards of international level.

                                    2.When i was committed to get the solution of the same done in 10 days time then why I was not being contacted by anyone. I was forced to turn up to the outlet after 2 days delay to ask the status,. Do you believe that today people have time to fight for the 1200 rupees.

                                    3. After so much of time spend I was given the solution to take the shirt in replacement which i have suggested at the first point in time. I was being told by Sales person that this gesture is as an compensation from the company at its fault. I am amazed to note that I have paid and waited and getting my thing back as a gesture of compensation from the company. This is the hallucinating part i have heard.

                                    4. The shirt which I have bought on 30% discount is now available at Flat 50% discount.
                                    My loss of 20% variance with no fault of mine.

                                    5. Also, as I was provided with the choice to take shirt in replacement so I would like to bring it in to your notice that I will definitely not take the same shirt in replacement because of the defect I have seen and to choose a shirt in replacement from the lot which are already left outs of the sale period is what I can never bear.

                                    I have also raised the complaint mail in the company on 12/08/2011 but got no revert till date
