Till now after 14days of order that failed after payment done, they have not refunded the amount and when asked at customer support they say last time there was technical error will do this time and it's like never ending process.

I am not leaving them until i get my refund...

I had tried to purchase something from this company on July 7. The transaction got cancelled. I tried buying again. Transaction was cancelled again. But a double debit of 359 INR occured from my account. On August 3, again there was a failed transaction via their app and they debited 862 INR. I have raised a request for refund several times on all three occassions. Every time they say money will be refunded within 5-7 days. But it's still not refunded. Please help me to get back the money this company owes me.

I had purchased product from Blink IT online app and they had not delivered all Products and no support and no one responding to my complaint.
