I have ordered cargo pants and i received shabby old jeans. This is completely unprofessional.

I want return my product because i recieved different and damage product...

Worst quality product sent with different color then what I ordered and now they are not ready to return the money not responding to messages. Mobile number is forwarded number.

I Ordered 1 chaniya choili from its instargram account Rs. 2450 . I received it 28 nov 2022. they promised to return back if any problem .

They are totally fraudsters, thay show different things on videos and pics and deliveres different products.i ordered a ivory pearl saree dress, on enquiring about the real picture they replied its in godown so cant provide, and assured the product will be the same.
I ordred COD paid full amount on receiving the product its a cheap fabric a totally different colour and pattern, i thought may be its by mistake, i send numerous messages they are showing online but now not replying.

there is no contact number mentioned on their page.

I ordered chaniya choli. I got the delivery on 28th.

1. Product is not at all like it was shown in picture.
2. Material is completely from what was confirmed by them.
3. They have delivered semi stitched cloth.
4. Although it says easy return/refund - now they are not responding to my messages over the insta page.

Kindly help us in getting the refund.

I tried to contact him everytime he says he will schedule returning process. And do not respond properly...

My order was prepaid, but they had applied for COD. And when the order arrived i had to send it back bcos i didn't want to pay double amount so. And now they arent refunding my 2150

Fraud page on Instagram taking orders from people nd giving them worst quality products

Bad quality product not same as shown in image ..while ordering they claim that if the product was wrong they will exchange or refund my money. Under 15 days .. but 29 days are finished but they are not doing anything phone numver also swiyched off .. plzz help me
