Order Id BV[protected] I have ordered 2 products from bloomsvilla 5th aug 2023 by 11.20pm and selected the delivery date by 6th aug with standard delivery free - 8AM to 12PM. Now the time is 6th aug 9PM yet to recieve the order.
Their customer service is worst to say.
by googling about the bloomsvilla i found complaints website. got toll free number and reached them, after a discussion diaconnected my call and immediately blocked my registered mobile number.
By some other mobile number reached them, surprisingly got to know they blocked my primary number. after a minute discussion spoke to me in english by saying dont know english, immediately disconnected call of my secondary number also.
felling like they are fake, sent email, tried all the ways.

    Actually, i ordered a Kitkat bouquet on 02-Aug-2022 and They Given a Gurantee of standard onthe day delivery from a timing of 12 PM to 3 PM on cheering up one of friend who is had a lot of suffering in his life. after the delivery time crossed I received a call from them in the woman said they dont have any kind of bouquet which can be delivered on this Pincode and told me to buy a cake instead which is not at all my friends favorite so I said if you can't send any kind of bouquet at that Pincode please cancel the order so I will buy from other sites. so she said yes ! and cut the call. and I waited for mail for the cancellation by I didn't receive any so wrote a mail about the incident to their customer support for a refund and they said refund is not possible as you have accepted the terms and conditions which work as a contract according to that refund is not possible but in their website, it mentioned as they if they can't provide the service at particular Pincode they will initiate a refund. I mentioned this and then they stopped replying and started to send a computerized mail saying that your order has been put to hold and in their website, the number provided is also not working I have this thing on mail.

      Placed an order for flowers which was supposed to be delivered by 12pm. Did not arrive. Consumer care line makes you wait more than 10 minutes then the line gets cut. Don't respond to emails. I don't know what to think other than this is a scam and should be investigated.

        My husband ordered gift from blooms villa with advance payment. Which Should delivered by 18th. But I didn’t get it. So I tried to get contact with customer care number witch is[protected]. But I am not able to contact its just tap recording I hear. And its the only number avilable. So I had a live chat with james and he told me he has raised complaint and I am going to updated by 19th. But the same I didnt get any update. Not a single msg or call or gift. When I track my order again on 19th it showed that gift is delivered pn 18th around 9. Infact I had a chat with james around 9:30 on 18th.

          I am unable to talk yo any of the executive about my order I placed on 27 ..I only have a long and long time on hold but no body answers the call ...since yesterday I have been tryinh and only getting put my call n hold on hold n hold for more than 20 minutes without any confirmation...after being fedding up I had to discontinue the cal..y such a poor service

              BV2137967 order no of cake booked on[protected] has not reached. Fraud company. money has been deducted but cake has not reached. No one is picking customer cake no as well.
              Action must be taken against this company.

                Order placed on the online portal with payment credited into the account of the portal. Order was placed on 9th of april with delivery scheduled for the same day. Order has not been delivered till date.
                No one is responding on any of the mails to support and order email ids.
                No one is even picking up the call. I have tried multiple times.
                It's like fraudulent service website.

                No steps have been taken by the company to resolve my complaint. I have written them around 10 mails and follow up mails on [email protected] and [email protected]. I have also tried calling them on their customer support number +91 760 220 4467, but most of the time the number is switched off and even when it is switched on no one picks up call. It has been more than a month now and I have not received any reply from them. This is most unprofessional customer support that I have ever seen It is like a fraud company which after receiving the payment does not care about the customer. No one seems accountable and it is like cheating customers.
