I have a complaint against...

This company is a complete scam. I have purchased their membership on 17th March that time their sales Staff Akash Trivedi and Rizwana gave me commitment of 4*/5* hotel only, No cost EMI and breakfast is not compulsory but when I asked for booking. these guys are providing below 3* hotels booking also they are charging extra for breakfast and when I asked, I don't want your Breakfast so they told it is compulsory then only we are able to provide booking otherwise you won't get booking from our side and money is also not refundable.
Now you can understand they are taking 20, 000 initial+ 8, 999 for AMC + 4, 200 for breakfast for 4 days booking so total cost is around 33, 200 for 4 days booking in Goa and received 2* or 3* property. And if we book by own than in this cost you will get top hotels in Goa. Also in No cost EMI, they charged interest and when I told to adjust interest on AMC than they told to adjust in 2nd year membership means next year also they will make you fool. so be careful with this fraud company and people.

Blue mountain resort & hospitality is a totally fraud/scam company. They invited in a Dinner for the success of the company for couples, family only & convince to be a member of blue mountain. Please Don’t purchase any membership. They are all liers. They all commitments are wrong. They Don’t give any service or 4* 5* hotel in anywhere. They are just want your money. It’s a TRAP. All sales executives ( Pooja sharma/[protected], manager ( ajay sosa / +[protected], invitation for dinner( +[protected], surat branch office ( smita patel/ +[protected] and many more staff. They convinced me to purchase 3 year’s membership for 52000rs/- by using credit card with 0% interest rate for 24 months. But it’s totally fake. They don’t give refund your money. Please don’t believe in your words. Just Go and take dinner. Don’t buy membership.
