I was given a different product from what was shown in the image on website. I ordered this as a gift for a teenager as it looked delicate and elegant. The one necklace sent to me has hooks which makes it looks very tacky and alphabets are very big. I need the same product or pls refund asap. NO RESPONSE SINCE 2 DAYS.

My brother had ordered a customised bar necklace for me but when is it arrived it had no name on it. So I tried to call them, emailed them and even messaged on WhatsApp but they are not responding. Very very poor service, i would not recommend to buy from this website, complete fraud it is.

I ordered for a neckless, it was prepaid
but parcel recieved against COD that's is double payment

The pendant had a broken chain, and the chain that came with it was low quality. The damage was evident, and it was clear that the product was not in good condition...

I received the products of very bad quality. The ring i received are non adjustable, rusty and non shiny. The products doesn't match with pictures on website. Now they are not responding to my calls or messages

I didn't get my product. It's totally fake.

I have booked an order with tgem on 4th hut after that they are not reachable over phone and mails....

I ordered a necklace from them on August 5 2022. After the payment was processed, it said that the order will be delivered to me between August[protected]. It's been more than a week now and according to the Blue Dart Courier service used, the product is currently being returned to the Shipper.
This website has taken my money and is not responding to any calls or messages. The only reason I completed the payment online was because they do not allow COD.
This is a fake website

I have ordered a product from them and never received the product, nor got any communication from them, just took the money and no response since. Fraud company.

I paid 599 rs and i contact the company and not any response for blue Swift side

Ordered a pendent in blueswift a month and half back . Still no response. No one replies to you messages nor answer the call. I haven't received refund either.

I have ordered 2 necklace customized name jwellery from blueswift.in on 24th February, 2022 with order id # BST2118721

I haven't received the order and there is no response from website.

I have tried reaching out to their number and also tried to reach in whatsapp multiple times but haven't received any response neither have I received the order and no status related to order.

I ordered a pendant on 14th Feb 2022, the order number of which I have shared with 'em on their whatsapp and on their email, but I've received no response from them till now 23-02-22. Its a gift, kindly look into this matter.

I placed an order on the 31st of Jan & soon after I tried calling them and also sent them an email but no one seems to be answering the phones or replying to the emails & I have not received the product to date.
Seems to be a fraudulent company. Please do not place an order with them.

On 02.02.2022 Rs 599 was deducted from my account for the pendant. But no order placed confirmation from the company.
Emailed my complaint but no response
Tried calling their helpline number but no response.
They are playing fraud with people through their fraud website. Online payment they take without any delivery of the product

It's more than 2 weeks when I placed the order and since than 0 response from the BlueSwift. I tried to contact them through WhatsApp and calls, No one respond on it.

I send multiple emails and don't respond on it as well.. They are FAKE... Not professional at all..

They supposed to share the order status or respond to the customer.

They are Fraud my money is gone for nothing.
I curse them they will pay for fraud and their deeds.

Its been more than 1 and half month and we haven't received the order and there is no response from website.
