I had placed an order for 3 name pendants with Order ID: BST97577. It has been 11 days since my order, but I have not received any update regarding the status of delivery.

I have been trying to reach your team via phone and WhatsApp, but unfortunately there has been no response. This lack of communication is extremely disappointing.

This is in reference to my order OF CUSTOMISED NAME NECKLACE through blueswift.in order id BST2872821 ordered on May 15 and delivered on May 28, 2022. it was a gold plated necklace with my name pendant. I received a rusted pendant with fake polish. I paid them 549 for this and I have emaild them about this matter many days ago but they have not responded me. Even they have claimed on their website 30 days warranty that if the polish fields out they will replace it. They are not responding to my emails or WhatsApp messages and their is no return option in their website. Kindly ask them to replace which proper polished product Otherwise give me full refund. This is absolute fraud with the customer.

    I have ordered two customized necklaces on 21 may'22 from blueswift.in website. It was supposed to be delivered on 6th June. It was getting delayed and delayed. And now if I am checking the status, it is reflecting as RTO initiated. Still not aware about the product status, it's almost a month completed. Can anyone help me here in this case.

        Hello, I have purchased a pendant from blueswift.in looking at their so posted fake pictures and delivery reviews

        My order ID is BST1394221.. it's been 45 days but there is no response from support on whatsapp or phone number regarding the order

        My order was a prepaid one..My mistake.I blindly believed on their fake reviews and made the complete payment of rupees 799 by Google pay.. as cash on delivery was not available

        Beware of such fraud websites and don't forget to submit your complaint here if you find one so that atleast other people stay away from such fake sites

          I placed my order several days ago.They stated on their website that it usually takes 7-8 days to ship the order.Till this day I haven't received any notification about shipping.I tried to contact the team through WhatsApp and even called them. But they did not respond. Because there wasn't any option of cash on delivery I had to do online payment. But now worried about my money and I want to cancel the order and get refund
