I have ordered supplements from bodypowerco.in website and this is a fake and fraud website. All the contact numbers and email id are fraud and they just take the money and donot deliver any supplement. They are Fraudsters.

The shown delivery date was 3-4days but there is no update.Neither the provided Emil I'd address found nor the given number reachable. I placed an order for Myprotein Impact Whey protein of Rs. 4000. I paid the full amount online. After the payment I was provided an order confirmation in my email with the order number #BP[protected]. I placed my order on 21st September 2022. Today is 24th September 2022. The order confirmation clearly states that the order will get shipped in the next 24 hours. When I visit the site it still says "you'll receive an email when your order is ready" which means my order isn't even ready yet and definitely not shipped. I have not been provided with any tracking details.
I understand now that this could be a scam.
Please help me get my money back.

The oder is not delivered. It's still pending. I am not able to contact any of the authorities. The number they have provided is also not reachable. I am very disappointed from their services. I am also not able to log into my account. They said I will be kept updated via mail but no such mail is received except the conformation mail.

I had faced a similar issue on this website. The first step I did is to file a complaint with Razorpay which is the official payment gateway for this website stating the details about the scam and my purchase. Along with a screenshot of my payment.
Secondly, I filed a complaint online with the cyber crime department at https://cybercrime.gov.in regarding the same.
The cybercrime complaint form will ask you for details of your Razorpay payment id, bank transaction id ( card or UPI reference) and suspect name so it is important to file a complaint with Razorpay since they mention the merchant name whose account the money got transferred to which you can use as a suspect name.
After the complaint has been filed. They'll send a complaint acknowledgement in your email. Download the file.
Thirdly, write to the cyber cell department of your respective bank from which the payment was made from your end. For example, if your bank is ICICI, Find the email address of their cyber cell department. Then, write an email to them mentioning in details of your problem. Mention how you got scammed on this website. Mention Your name, Account number, UPI reference number of your payment, and Razorpay payment id and attach your cybercrime complaint file along with this mail. They dont have proper communication method. No chats or not even a phone number where you can reach anyone.
Also, some reviews have been negative of items not received after placing the order. It shows Karnataka address, but don't know if they are really on this location.
Better to not get lured by heavy discounts and stay away from purchasing anything from here.

I used bodypowerco.in, I had ordered the supplement from these website. The payment was also made online but the company did not deliver my order. I even mailed the company, they did not get any response, Nor has there been any contact with them. The company has cheated with me. This company is a fraud.

The cybercrime complaint form will ask you for details of your Razorpay payment id, bank transaction id ( card or UPI reference) and suspect name so it is important to file a complaint with Razorpay since they mention the merchant name whose account the money got transferred to which you can use as a suspect name.
After the complaint has been filed. They'll send a complaint acknowledgement in your email. Download the file.
Thirdly, write to the cyber cell department of your respective bank from which the payment was made from your end. For example, if your bank is ICICI, Find the email address of their cyber cell department. Then, write an email to them mentioning in details of your problem. Mention how you got scammed on this website. Mention Your name, Account number, UPI reference number of your payment, and Razorpay payment id and attach your cybercrime complaint file along with this mail. Ask them that you are requesting a chargeback for a fraudulent website/scam. Chargeback can be applied for 45-120 days of the transaction.
Your bank will initiate a chargeback on the frauds bank account and money will be credited.
I received my money back within a day.
