Dear sir/mam, the water supply pipe of my bathroom is damaged so the total water has waste every day in our floor. So please do something urgently

Unauthorized captured of quarter in sec 2/c, street 8, house no. 4-050, 4-051, 4-056 in 1 building. For the same resources residents are paying bills to bsl and few peoples are living in captured quarters free of cost due to corrupt employees.....

Please be informed Quarters in sec 2c, Street 8, House no. 4-050, 4-051, 4-056 has been illegally captured in 1 building itself..In which house no. 4-051 not occupied, but lock has been breaked by antisocial element...whereas 4-050 and 4-056 has been illegally occupied and BSL resources being utilized without paying any revenue...Hope to take stringent action to save BSL resources...

Sir I facing issue with damaged glasses of my quarter s windows due to which my privacy and my security is at risk.kindly look into matter as soon as possible.

We are facing worst air pollution just like delhi smog like situation.in bokaro steel city garbage man (Who collects garbage from home to home) takes garbage and store whole garbage to a place, (1) sector 11 just near of petrol pump and (2) just besides of biv sector 8 c school, they are burning all the time instead of deposing it they since 2 years. All practices are doing under instructions of garbage contactors. Because of it we are getting always plastic burning smell and smog in all the time day or night, no one can sleep at night because they burns badly at night. Now a days people facing safocation, asthma, skin and eyes problem due to it.
Corona viruses block lungs later but our lungs is suffering/weakened by that smog today. It becoming hell day by day please help us.

Sir, with great sorrow i beg to say that during the supply of water in sector area please cut off the power supply as due to the motor installed in different houses many people are not getting water in their houses.
Previously you were doing so but from past some days there is no power cut during the water supply.
Hope you will take necessay step in the direction.

Sir, our water tank on the roof is leaking and broken down from the top. It is happening from past about 6-7 months and causing us a lot of trouble. About this issue we have complained about 4-5 times in duration of a month each and also recently about 2 weeks ago. The broken tank fails us to provide clean water, water in time of need and the leaking troubles us the most.
Kindly take all this into consideration and take action about this.

Sir there is all over sepage in my house mainly on wall of the rooms. Previously we have done 3 to 4 complaints but not even single action has been taken till yet, and the staffs of the maintenance department are so much corrupt that even they are not present in the office. So i request you to look out into this matter as soon as possible and take some legal actions

I reside in qr no 1071 street 45 sector-8d
Which is at first floor. Ceiling of my washroom and corridor is getting seepaged very badly causing threat to life of occupant of quarter. I tried multiple times to lodge the complaint through toll free number[protected]. But it did go in vain.
Please fix my problem so that we can feel safe residing in quarter.

My quarter is qr. No. -567, sector -1/c. My three windows of my quarter is utterly broken from outside. It needs to be immediately repaired or it may collaspe at any time. Plz take an immediate action. My neighbhors (Qr. No. 565) always complain of falling cement and concrete on their body. It could be dangerous to their life too.

The neighbor who lives near my house speaks in very bad language because in their tank water is not coming properly and they are blaming us for the reason. Please solve this as they are saying very bad languages to my family. With bad culture and bad languages of them we can't stay in this society. If they are having problem of water they should complain. But instead of complaining they are harassing us

My complain CRN no. is C52896/A on dated 11/07/2018, still no one coming for repair. Latrin pipe was broken, facing so much problems, plz come for repair as soon as possible. and bathroom & kitchen have same problem. Why after complain in no one is coming?? Plzz take some necessary action as soon as possible, we all are facing so many problems since 15days.

There is a severe water clogging in the drain of kitchen basin..
Not even half a glass of water is passing..We are facing a lot of difficulty.
This is the third time of such incident..
No help is being provided
An immediate help is needed.

Quarter no 1449, sector...

Dear Sir,
References to the subject above please repair the stairs & water tank which is damage and can cause accident .
Our water tanks have not covered from a long time and moreover the pillars are damaged. People living here are facing problems which are need to be repair.
The contamination of water in front side and at the backyard too is also a big issue.
And the ceiling is also damaged such that it can broke and cause accident.
We are requesting you to take action shortly.

I live in a 33 months license agreement . And I also pay the maintenance bill instead their is no such maintenance work is done . The balcony area is badly damaged it falls on any body at any time .The condition of roof is worst . As the maintenance company has to maintain it . Please take initial step as soon as you do . Because the rainy season is starting due to rain the water coming into the house . My ex-staff no.is :-188575 . Quarter no. :-2357, c-road, sector:-8/b, bokaro steel city. Bokaro steel city is facing severe electricity crisis as half of overall electricity is being diverted to sail plant in case there is shortage either to make profit on huge margin or to cope up with the loss and its not getting any better looks like power is being misused and government is sleeping and unresponsive
Bokaro is urban and famous in jharkhand because of its study environment although people all the students living in hostels home are suffering in heat every sing day of maybe 12 hrs cut and some nights are entirely blacked out people cant even sleep is this technological era this is devastating happening in nonrural areas even at present time people prefer other states only because a problem is not solved ever by govt or people in power or responsible

Respected sir, i was employee of SAIL Bokaro steel plant and taking pension under E.P.S 1995.I completed 58 years on 20.10.2008.As per rule of pension scheme 2008 my IDS should be prepared but my IDS wrongly prepared by RO Ranchi due to which i am reciving less pension. (1)My past service is 20 years before 16.11.1995 and 13 years after 16.11.1995 but my service period done 02 years short by RO Ranchi which is totally wrong. (2)My past service feed in computer is 15 years in place of 20 years. (3)I transfered my pension to RO Patna.I went several times to RO Patna and RO Ranchi for correction of my pension but they are not taking any action seriously.RO Ranchi is saying you go to RO Patna and Ro Patna is saying you contact to RO Ranchi for IDS correction. Now i am tired by the activity of RO offices, so therefore i am requesting to kindly take necessary action so that my pension amount may be corrected.
