I ordered a rakhi combo for my brother from this website whivc was supposed to be delivered last week. But they have deliver it nor are they responding. They took the payment online and there is no mail response from them. Till now there has been no response from the book my flowers.com, no airway bill, no nothing. It's is a fake site. Kindly blacklist the website before it fools ather people. Kindly pull it down if possible.

I ordered half kg cake on 23rd january 2018 for my husband birthday but till now not delivered nor refunded. I followed up with customer care many times through mails n calls but no use. I got many mails mentioning refund will be done within 5 to 6 working days. Please don't buy anything from this company.

I have ordered half kg walnut brownie cake which was costing approx 1400. It was very costly, i ordered just because it was showing in image creamless like sponge cake, but it was normal chocolate cake. I doubt wheather it was half kg because it was very small. Main thing is i found hair from this which was very dirty. At least they should maintain minimum hygiene. It was not worth. Dont ever think of ordering cake from this site.

Order number 775630 has been placed by doing online payment. It was requested for delivering by 5-6pm and additionally charges paid for the same.

Inspite of callinf 50 to 60 times to customer care [protected] no body responded and later customer support say the shipment will be delivered by 8 pm. But still no clue

Fraud company. They won't deliver the order and just say that it has been delivered. neither they will refund or compensate the amount paid by the User. My sister booked order from BookMyFlowers which we never received & they said it has been delivered. When inquired their Customer Support, they simply deniel the order . Neither they called to inform about the status of the order nor they sent an email regarding the same. Please don't order from here else your money will all go in vein. Order No reference: OR-729832

Nehi, my name is sahil and I ordered the item from the website and my order has not been delivered yet and a week has passed. They are not providing the legitimate services at all. They are running some fake servIces. give my money if you cannot deliver the product .

I booked Flower and cake to be delivered in mumbai on 02 feb 2015. After payment deduction, i received a call from these people stating that ordered cake is not available. so i cancelled the order. After cancelling the order, i receved a mail stating that my amount of 1568 /- against order number:-OR-160588 will be refunded in 7- 8 days. Today, 1 month passed, bt i have still not received any refund or call back from these fake people.

This complaint is against the online flower delivery portal names "Bookmyflowers" (http://www.bookmyflowers.com). On 5th JAn 2015 I had ordered for a bouquet to be delivered on 10th Jan 2015. The bouquet name was "Elegance" which consisted of 12 baby pink roses. However the one delivered to us was a mixture of colors consisting of red, yellow and pink also it had only 10 flowers. Since 10th Jan I have been trying to raise the complaint with this portal for wrong delivery but have not received any response or help from them. The delivery boy named 'Shiva' clearly accepted that it was his mistake however now nobody is answering the call from the portal or the delivery team. This has led to dissatisfaction apart from hurting the sentiment values. Can you please help me to resolve this. ORDER Number : OR-146247
