Extra charged for Fitting HSRP

We had booked the HSRP for our vehicle (TVS Scooty) details as mentioned below:
Owner : SHRIDEVI
Vehicle Reg No: KA26J5757

Fitment Centre :

NO.67/68, NARASIMHASWAMY BADAVANE NEAR

After installation the fitting centre had demanded Rs. 50 extra saying we had to drill and put 2 more rivets to fix the front number plate.
Bookmyhsrp is offering Rs. 526 is inclusive of fitting charges (including
Service & Fitment Cost)
I had to pay Rs. 50 to the fitting centre (paid through phonepe to their business name "Auto Fitnesse").
I had complained about this issue at dealer point to officials over the phone and email, but still my issue is not resolved.

Hi This is Shesh . I am still facing issues for the fitment of my vehicle number plate to the current date . I am enclosing my receipt here and Contact Person at Fitment Center : Mr. Ravi Soni is regretting that he did not receive my Vehicle Number plate
(UP78 ER2386) to till Date .I visited the Fitment Location 4 times from the scheduled appointment date to till now .Please let me know how I can get my vehicle number plate at the earliest . Below are the required details .Please have a look into it and resolve this issue as soon as possible.

07 Jan 2021 between 2pm to 6pm wide Booking order No BMDLB858AED6-B7EE-4C Reg. No DL4CNB5893, but still not received anything from your side.
I am trying to contact you everyday from 07 Jan 2021 to till date and no one on given contact No [protected] -02 but the call was disconnected every time.
Now they denied everything as well as they also tell me that don't have any booking order on above said number.

My order BMUPE5B74BF4-043A-4B date 16.4.2021 still not received. I have contacted several time first appointment given for 24.4.21 but no action taken. Then repeated follow up given appointment for 18.6.21 due to lockdown. No action on 18.6.21. Then final appointment confirmed for 23.6.21 but u fortunately no action take a d not received. Today I talked to one Kanchan I was tokd on 29th the number plates will be delivered. What a nonsense company and customer care people. They are fooling customer.
