Placed order for one book. It was a prepaid order. They were supposed to send me tracking id by 48hrs nd the book within 5 days. Neither did they send tracking id nor the book. No response from seller.
Order was placed on their instagram id.

I ordered 3 books set in instagram and It was prepaid order I was said to be delivered in 10 days but the books never came I was also sent an email confirming the purchase and also the delivery group delhivery were also informed about pickup its been 3 months now I'm unable to track them and also I was blocked in instagram

I placed an order for a book from an Instagram book page it was a prepaid order and they sent me a pirate version of the book (not original) when I messaged them and complained he told me he's registering a return pickup for me and the book will be picked up in 48 hrs and he will send the original book. After 3 days I messaged him again asking about the pickup because the book was still with me and it didn't get picked up he said let me mail the courier team and ask I said call them because they don't reply to mail so fast he said there's no calling number for the courier I found it really strange but I agreed and waited for another day. Today, I called him thrice but he has blocked me everywhere on Instagram, call.
