I ordered a speria k5 notch on mar13 worth rs4999 and got the parcel today on 17th dec. But i got a parcel with empty. I want my money back. Bookmyphone is a fraud site as it doesn't even allow you to check your history where you can check your orders. The provided phone number, email i'd, etc. Everything is fake. Please do refund my money back or else i will have to file a police complaint against bookmyphone...

I have booked from bookmyphone website for notch mobile speria m 30 s specified with 6000 mah battery etc. But inferior mobile with brand name spiria with lower specifications is delivered on 20 february. They have given on courier mobile number [protected], email id [protected]@bookmyphone.com. But not at all giving response when i tried to return.
Manufacturing or marketing address not printed on mobile box. Inside battery is 2500 mah...

I placed order mobile phone of serie k5 notch on[protected] through paytm rs 4499/- with kvbank my order no.[protected]. But i could not contact them and no response about my order. I came to know that the online company may be a fake and had bad review. Now i want to refund the amount immediately and also take action against the fraudulent activity of the above company....
