Hi this is Samit from New Delhi and I purchased Boss E phone from Naaptol.com in the month of March but when I received it the handsfree was not working and now I have problem with the touchscreen,without it the phone is useless.Its under warranty period of 6 months.Iv'e made complaints phone calls and wrote e-mails to naaptol cutomer service. But nobody responds. I need a replacement of the phone asap.Thanx...

sir i had purchased a mobile boss e 3300 vide order no,241680dtd 23/03/2010 from naap tol.com.but it is not working.it should be replaced as it is within warranty period. from--pankaj trivedi gwalior m.p.474002...
