I have purchased bpl fully automatic top load washing machine (Bfatl62k1) in march 2018, but now its water pump not working from last month. When tried to lodge complain regarding warranty claim their is no proper service from bpl, finally somehow i managed to lodge a complain with complain no. - [protected] on 7th october, their service engineer visited onsite and found water pump need to be replaced which he doesnot have in stock, will change it in 2-3 days. 15 days passed but i am hearing they will be changing it in 2-3 days on calling their number. No feedback is given by them. With this pathetic service i will never recommend anyone to buy bpl product even if they are selling them for free

under warranty product not serviced
I have a bpl front loaded washing machine and it comes with 3 year warranty on motor and 2 year on product. It stopped working suddenly i called bpl care and lodge a complaint since that day its been a month i call bpl care and continuously writing bpl care for service to my product but no result they are not even replying to my mails.
I contacted my nearest service center they said no complaint came for my product from bpl care. They even provide me manager number to contact but he dont even picked a call for a single time..
Now i am mailing bpl care and calling they are not even replying to me..

non replacement of tv 32"

I have given registered complain regarding my tv 32"not working since one month back from my contact no-xxxxxx6616, their technician came and told me that panel problem and it will be replace. But till day no one taking care. Every time i am calling to their customer care, line are coming busy, what i have to do now. Sice one month they are telling we already sended request to our corpoate office in bangalore for part, as soon as we receive we will rectify ur problem. They are not giving reply of my mail. My tv warranty also going to end on 23.08.2018.

I've purchased bpl washing machine front loaded fully automatic 7.5 kg in jan 2018 through amazon, now it is not functioning properly as time setting of this machine has been inturupted since it shows full time when i start it on any command however the machine has stopped after 14 minutes after start. Since i have complained about this on bpl costumer helpline number [protected] four times but no response received from bpl since last 10 days. led tv display problem
I bought BPL vivid 32" inch TV last April.But it's only 15 months old, now TV has got some display issues. I discussed with your authorised service team. They informed that it will cost ~7000 rs to replace the board. I am totally dissatisfied with your product and I do not want to replace the board at this huge price.
Since I was using BPL TV previosly and it was worked very good for long years, I bought this new led TV.
But now I am totally disappointed by your quality of the product.
Hence I request you to do the necessary replacement by considering all the above points and do the replacement for free of cost.
If it is more than 2 yrs, I would not have asked you about this. But since the product is very less, I requested this. Do the needful.
Since I was using BPL TV previosly and it was worked very good for long years, I bought this new led TV.
But now I am totally disappointed by your quality of the product.

microwave sparking issue

I have bought a BPL microwave in may-2018 from amazon.in. Am facing sparking sounds like issue in Jun 2018. As and when the issue became so frequent, i have called on 04-jul-2018 and informed bpl customer care regarding service in warrenty. the warrenty is 1 year.
They have taken a complaint and told that technician will visit in 48 hours.
till today dated 13-jul-18, i am regularly calling and dropped mail as well on [protected]@bpl.com but no one visited to my place. If they are not able to provide service then either replace the item or refund my money.

if needed any service next time they should work towards commited time and should proactivly communicate to customer.

washing machine (service complaint)
I bought bpl 6.2kg washing machine from amazon in septemper 2017. The product came with 1 year warranty. Within 3 month of purchase there was a problem in washing machine and after regular follow up with bpl customer service the issue got resolved in 1 month. There response ans service is pathetic. Again the same problem occur, the motor replaced by bpl is nor working and everyday we are calling bpl. They says they have raised the qeuest to replace the motor nut nothing happening from last 20 days. Every day they says i will receive a call back within 1 hour buth this never happens. I want to take this issue to consumer court if it will not be resolved within 20th of june 2018.

I bought a AC of BPL company on 15 of may 2018 from Amazon through online.
I have called to BPL for installation but they are saying that your not registered right.but have pay of 1500 to Amazon for installation.

Sir mere account me subcity nahi aa rahi hai pichele 3 mahino me. Bank wale bata rahe hai ki aadhar card me finger print bekar hai. Ab finger print bhi thik ho gay hai to phir bhi subcity nahi aa rahi hai

not working product delivered and worst customer support

I have brought 6.5 kg fully-automatic front loading washing machine (Bfafl65wx1, white) from amazon on 24th jan 2018 and got delivered on 31st feb 2018 and installation guys are came on 5th feb 2018, when they trying to turn on the machine, machine it's self not working, they said we will come tomorrow will check everything, and they did not come till now, 10days happened, when i am trying to replace the product amazon people asked me to submit jobsheet, then i called bpl service guys they said we followup but every time they telling same story.
Now atleast needed jobsheet so that i can talk with amazon guys, these people are not responding atleast for this
Please take action now if one month happened i can not do even amazon also.

I have bought BPL 1.5ton split AC A18KI3C8A on 25-feb-2018 an it was installed on 28-feb-2018 on the first day of installation it is working fine.Since day 2nd day onwords ac sptopped working i have complained about this issue to BPL on the same day but till now no service agent has contacted us.

For the past 2 months i am getting black vertical line in the tv screen, and the service engineer confirmed it is panel problem, and need to change it. While opening the tv we came to know the panel is made in china. How bpl can cheat the consumers by using china product? And now they are asking for rs. 15, 000/- around for replacing the panel which is currently not available with them. I bought the tv for inr. 27, 000/- highly disappointed with bpl for asking half of the price for panel replacement.

Smab-3827, but not received with full instalation items, missing wall mount channels and still nobody came to instalation from bpl, several times i contact bpl custmer care n amazon. I have been trying to contact BPL customer care through their helpline and mails, they sent their technician and was unable to fix it. I demanded for exchange/repair but nothings happening. Bpl washing machine 6.5kg semi automatic spinning motor is not working from10 may 17, i made a complaint to [protected]. They said representative will come and rectify it. They came and opend it and found that the spinning motor is blown then they told me that it will take 4 day to replace the motor, but after that i am not able to wash due to the leakage at the outlet as they were not refitted the line properly. Even after the repeated calling to [protected] they are saying that will rectify it will will but 2 months are going to pass what to do

I purchased a BPL fully autometic front load 6.5 kg washing machine from flipkart at nov 2016. From march 2017 its stop working, I raised a complain, a service eng visited me after 1 month and told me that parts require to change, from that day there are no one to visit. Whenever I called customer support they told me "our technical team call you under 24 hours" but that 24 hours never come. I am almost lose my patience.

Oxygen concentrator BPL

Oxygen concentrator BPL make does not support any after sales. Spare parts are not available even for new model under warranty. Interaction of Sales Manager is unprofessional and try to cheat customers by charging for major parts those are covered under comprehensive warranty. There is no standby arrangement for Oxygen concentrator used as life support equipment of critical patients. BPL is not a trusted brand for medical equipments. Be careful...An unfortunate customer from Pune wakad.

After first wash, the water was not pumped out;In all the settings, water pumping not funcyioning; After switching on, all the indicator(Red)lamps glowing at the same time; None of the operations start. Machine is dead.

I have purchased 1 oxygen concentrator from BPL.
I also took AMC. The machine is used for a patient suffering from lungs disease and require 18-20 hours oxygen support daily.
The product is having some problem and I have requested for repairing the same on urgent basis. However, the service has gone for a toss and the after market of BPL is taking customers for granted.
The spares are also not available (for new model) and they are not even bothered to arrange for spares for such life support devices.
This is really unfortunate to understand that BPL has discontinued the Pune based support without making proper arrangement.
The Manager (Ajit) based at Mumbai also does not receive calls and always make unlawful attempts to charge for spares (not consumables) from customers under AMC.

Not repairing TV and mishaving from BPL employees.

I am writing this complaint on 14th August 2016 We have registered a complaint for TV repair. Someone from BPL attended and given 1 months assured warranty along with Bill Number 1078(enclosed). Within a week's time it started problem again. Once we are complaining again to the number @ [protected] (mention on slip). this is guy started misbehaving with us. He is again abusive and telling us nonsense things.
This is only reason BPL is loosing ground as authorized person is not at all sensible and handling consumer complaint effectivlty. I have bills and want to complaint against their irresponsibe behaviour and misbehaving attitude.
I am enclosing bill details here.

I am living in Panipat (Haryana). I am a customer of BPL since 15-20 years. I am using Refrigerator of BPl, it is not working well at all. It creates noise like a generator which is a mere disturbance for all the family members. Moreover, the lower two portions of my four door refrigerator is not keeping cool due to which bad smell is being emanated from the lower two portions and where is the upper two portions is maintaining coolness. I never faced this type of complaint which i am facing currently. Inspite of my frequent complaints none of your executives reverted back. I am really not happy with your services. Please send your concerned executive for its services or to know what the problem actually is.

I complained in bpl regarding my washing machine.
Engineer came on 09 july 2015 took the service charge and told me to replace the defected part under one week ...
One month has passed and nothing happened ...
I called him regularly and he gives excuses like .."next day" or "next 3 days"..
Then i called and got the following information
[protected] said not in my hand call the engineer.
[protected] said not in my hand.
Service agency- nothing but excuses.
I don't know what to do after paying them.
They should either repair or refund my money.

NOT WORKING DUE POWER CONNECTIVITY

One service mechanic has come to attend BPL washing machine fault of non connectivity of current. Service mechanic has come and simply put the washing machine in correct position. Then washing machine is working alright. The service engineer collected required fee for this and told if any fault comes he will attend at free of cost because he told that the washing machine is very good conditon and advised me dont exchange the washing machine.. . The service engineer told that the washing machine is in very good conditon and if any problem comes he assured to attend any fault at free of cost. . Within 15 days same complaint of non connectivity of current and thus washing machine not working. This time another service engineer has come and he is not able identify the fault and told that he will send service engineer who attended the fault on previous occasion. But nobody has come to attend the fault inspite of two months have lapsed. I am trying and trying but no service mechanic has come to attend the fault. Please ask the service mechanic to attend the fault immediately.

One service mechanic has come to attend BPL washing machine fault of non connectivity of current. Service mechanic has come and simply put the washing machine in correct position. Then washing machine is working alright. The service engineer collected required fee for this and told if any fault comes he will attend at free of cost because he told that the washing machine is very good conditon and advised me dont exchange the washing machine.. . The service engineer told that the washing machine is in very good conditon and if any problem comes he assured to attend any fault at free of cost. . Within 15 days same complaint of non connectivity of current and thus washing machine not working. This time another service engineer has come and he is not able identify the fault and told that he will send service engineer who attended the fault on previous occasion. But nobody has come to attend the fault inspite of two months have lapsed. I am trying and trying but no service mechanic has come to attend the fault. Please ask the service mechanic to attend the fault immediately.

i would like to informed you that BPL Deler who having Sales person to Sold the BPL Card are get frod with GOVT servents they are sold the card and collect their document and 100 rupees from Employee and not Starts their Cards the delar no is [protected] and sales person mob : [protected] this person is sold the cards and ran away what the problem wiht BPL we dont know but we are facing the Problem is this is good.

Number change portability

govt has started number change portability.. but BPL ame up with a new thing u can change service provider only when u r in Base plan for 90 days unless and untill u cannot change yr service provider.. which is unfair.. coz base call charges are higher more than double of actual charges provided by other mobile service providers and sms charges are almost 10 times 1 Rs where other service provider charges 10 paisa.. as well as there is network issue which is faced when we activate Base plan..

I have a BPL prepaid Sim card.however due to poor network i decided to change to vodafone using the mobile no. portability service.after i submitted my document at vodafone in a few days time i received a message frm BPL claiming i have unpaid dues because of which my documents got rejected at vodafone.after having visited the BPL gallery i was told that they sent that message because of my no having insufficient prepaid balance which was again an error on their side as i had a balance of 300 rs.their error has caused me too much trouble & i have wasted my time & money.the service provider BPL is indirectly forcing me to not switch to vodafone.
BPL has falsely claimed of being Mumbai's Best Service Provider & no record of call drops.i am too bugged handling this issue. And i am not being able to change to vodafone because of BPL causing obstructions
