Dear sir..
I bought this tv from amozon & it's very sad to inform you that my 43 inch bpl tv is not installed till the date. I talked several times to customer care and on number provided by them but did not resolve my issue. My phone number [protected] whenever i called customer support they told me "our technical team call you under 24 hours" but that 24 hours never come. I am almost lose my patience... & i will assure you i will not buy any bpl product in future last time i am request you please resolve me query as early as possible. Order number is...[protected], dated[protected]... Invoice no shyb-37417 dt[protected]

TV not returned after service after regular follow ups
I gave my BPL TV for servicing in the month of September to " SAI SONY SERVICE CENTRE" Panchasheel Co-op Hsg Society, Shop No. 7, Plot No. 59, Sector II, Kamothe, Navi Mumbai the engineers name is Nagesh and Raj and the same was delivered to me after repair on 7/10/09 under their receipt number 082 and they charges a sum of Rs. 2650/- as service charge.
The TV didnt work for a day and I had to complain again to them to get the same rectified. However after regular followups they didnt do anything and finally when I said to return the service charge, they came and took some part of the TV on 14th Nov saying that it needs to be replaced. However till 10 days they didnt rvt. then on followup they came and said they need to take the TV for the installation of new part and on 2nd December they took the TV and Nagesh promised to deliver it the next day.
Till date they havent returned the TV and even after regular followup I havent received the same. I told them to return the TV as it is without doing any further repairs. But then too they are reluctant to deliver the same. They keep on fooling saying that they dont have a vehicle to deliver or the TV is under observation etc, even after telling that I am going to lodge a complain against them they havent responded.
They must be doing similar things with other people also which needs to be stopped.
The owners numbers are [protected] / [protected]/[protected].
I would appreciate if the same could be taken up at the earliest

BPL TV — SERVICE CENTRE TVM DID SERVICE AND COLLECTED CASH BUT THE COMPLAINT IS STILL THERE
I HAVE TAKEN MY TV TO THE BPL SEVICE CENTER HERE AT TVM AND THE SAID THEY HAVE DONE IT CORRECT BUT THE COMPLAINT STILL THERE AND THEY ARE NOW NOT REACTEING HEY HAVEALREADY TAKEN CASH EARLIER FOR THE SAME COMPLAINT I am purchase 32" BPL led TV, but when TV turn on, it make loudlay sound noise problem.

nature of defect:colour patch/cpt defective.
tv was deposited at service centre jodhpur on 28 aug 08 for the above mentioned problem .i was given assurance by servicecentre personnel that cpt will be replaced and defective ctv has been sent to jaipur for further processing.almost two years has passed but i have not received any material till now and my tv is also lying at service station jodhpur.personnel at office are very discorteus and they donot behave in a proper manner.even they donot attend my calls.they misinform me all the time.its a very pathetic condition.i am a soldier in indian airforce and i donot have time to go behind officials.so please do the needful.i have all relevant supporting documents and contact number of officials at jodhpur
