My name Awadhesh kumar mai 60000 Online payment kiya or sab se BRANDDON holiday liya no response fraud company my refund amount mobile number [protected]...

I have paid the full amount and taken a holiday pack and when I planned my holiday for the last 3-4 months chasing them for booking our holiday, they just said send mail we will reply and then there will be no proper reply or even some time no reply.
now even they not picking up my calls

this company is totally a fraud company so beware of this before going here and doing any payment to them.

Totally fraud company they made fool o[censored]s eating our 100000 rupees not providing membership till now its one month and no services. Branddon hospitality & holiday team told me that i have selected for 5 gifts for lucky customers, they told me to collects gifts from their company only with parents after taken appointment my mother and father visited their they forcefully told to attend trainning and giving information about their company...

We paid in lakhs. Whenever we tried to book for holidays they always gave excuses. 30 days before i sent them mail still they didnt get planned for my travel when I called and did fight with them then somewhere they got agree and arranged for my tickets just 2 days before of my travel date. After booking ticket they are telling like we can book only one way, while returning we should book our own ticket, company is not responsible for that. After fighting alot they did arranged for travel ( I have all proofs about them how they cheated us).
While taking membership their representative told us that their should be 45 days gap between 2 travels. But now im planning for travel after 3 months but they started again their drama. First time itself we asked them for refund but they refused to do so. But I will go legally in this and take them to court.
Their all services and fraud and they can give only mental pressure to their customers.
Please note. When i asked them that i had mailed you about my travel 30days before then why you didnt arranged for it, but their reply was you plan it for next month, this month we cant arrange for your travel, they dont feel shame to give this answers.
Their are many peoples whom this company has cheated. Everyone should take legal action against their owner and employees

We had enrolled for travel package by paying Rs. 1, 50, 000 from Branddon Hospitality & Holidays Club Pvt. Ltd. on 8 Nov 2020.
Membership number is *BDHKH1326*
Holiday entitlement is valid up to 7 Nov 2023.

Solution: Request a refund of the complete amount that they have taken from us along with penalty charges.
