deliver to wrong shirt not orderable and it's very damegable and very poor shirt

Hi i am shubham dutonde
I have purchase denim 03 shirt on 10/4/2019 from brandedshirtonline.com & shirt was delivered to me on 17/4/19. The quality & colour of 03 shirt is very ghatiya.. With plane (Different shirt send) and delivered shirt with bad quality (Raddi).. Also paid rs. 100 for delivery charges.
Now i need to return this shirt but phone number & order detail was not found on website..
Please help me
