It has been more than a month since I sent my earphones for a replacement. I was promised one within 20 days but I have still not received anything except for misleading mails saying they are 'sorry for the inconveniences' and that they will send it soon. I have sent countless mails and tried calling their customer helpline which no one picks up calls on.

I bought a skull candy indy truly wireless headphone from the skullcandy website worth rs.4999/-. Brandeyes are the distributors of the skullcandy products in india, i received a defective product for which i had complained to the customer care of brandeyes via email. They have a customer care number which they never pick up and also one gets charged 1 rupees per minute even when they don't pick up the call.
Hence i wrote an e-mail regarding the defective product that i had received to the customer support, but still there is no response from their side.

There was a problem with right ear bud of my skullcandy earphones for which i sent an email to [protected]@brandeyes.in on[protected] and also tried calling[protected] but i got no response in-return, its been 2 days since i've contacted them. They won't respond to my emails nor pick up my calls.
I bought the product on march 2019 with 2yrs warranty.

My skullcandy earphones bought from flipkart was damaged and it was still under warranty period. I sent my product to the brandeyes facility at noida, up
On november 2018 and i haven't received my product till now[protected].
When i enquired through e-mail they said they sent my package through dtdc courier service. But i haven't got it. Please help me out.

I have ordered skullcandy earphones from brandeyes on 24th may 2018. But i didn't receive my product till date. I called and emailed them periodically but didn't get any feedback from them. Can someone please let me know how will get my product or payment back to me?

Skullcandy provides an scratch code on box to confirm the product you have got is genuine or not. I have got an scratched code on my product box and its scratched so badly soo that no one can read the code and confirm its reality . I have complaint many times in bremdeyes they are not replying properly and once they have called and told me company has closed these kind of processes of scratching the product . How could i belive that i got a genuine product, so i asked for refund and they are not ready to give me refund and now they are not even replying to my mail .
