I raised return request for an item on 22/10/19 which i purchased online on brandfactory online site. It has been more than 40 days since the return has been placed and still the return pickup is not completed and refund is not initiated. I contacted the support team 5 times and yet there is no progress.
Since i see that return pick up is not happening kindly support to provide the refund.

I am savita here. My email address is telagi. [protected]@gmail.com. I had ordered for 3 dress for my daughter and i have not received one of the orders i. E dblue dress - size 6-7 years. Order i'd is 90269. For this blue dress order details, not showing even the track button.
I had sent email to [protected]@brandfactoryonline.com 2 times, shared the screenshot of order details everything but never got any reply from them...
