Incorrect account statement being furnished

Hello,
I have booked a flat in Brigade Calista, and have done timely payment of invoices. The team has not recorded bank transactions against my unit correctly and made me pay in access.
When I tried to tally the account they accepted that they generated fake invoices to adjust the access payment and the construction progress has still not reached till that level.
They agreed to send me confirmation on access payment received but again they sent an account statement which does not reflect any access payment.
This CRM team is keep on generating false invoices for adjustment and doesn’t even mention it as an adjustment.
I need strict action against their collection team.

They are lot of complains file against their Financial method, I am an NRI customer and i have been charged with interest multiple time and i have complaint against it and No action has been take I hope India does something . People are investing their hard earn money into Housing and this is what they get, they are charging interest in name of Rera( Government of India ). India will not grow if These kind of builders start ruling. This company...

Complaint about advance refund for Flat advance

I have paid an advance of 1 Lakh for a flat in Brigade Bricklane. I cancelled due to few reasons of mine and intimated within 1-2 days. I have mailed for refund amount. There was a bit delay from my end in providing e stamp and cancelled cheque due to personal reasons. I have mailed multiple times but no one responds..I am not sure if we have to contact any other consumer forum to receive our amount back.. Kindly do help us regarding this.

Actually sir I was worked in Brigade metropolis in regent club but HR Bawna madam don't pay my ODC payment Of 8 days And she don't response my call and my request.

I had booked a flat wth BRIGADE GROUP in GALIUM, ELDARADO PROJECT from their dubai office, and havd paid 10lakh after which i was asking for some clarification with the payment schedule issue and thir CRM team did not respond and i was upset and did not want to continue with the project and they are deducting my 50% of my payment for no fault of mine, and i have EMAIL proofs the number of mails and reminders i had sent to them .
the worst client support and the so called CRM team is the worst i have experienced in my life, the sales taem also is not supporting .
they are sitting on my hard earned 10lakh rupees, think befoe you invest in them, I already have another property from them and they are never handing over in time.they dont care about their clients.

This fraud company has been promising hand-over of my flat from March 2021, July 2022, October 2022 to the present without having handed over the flat till date.Their incompetent CRM team and even more incompetent Project team have been promising this hand-over for the past 15 months.Their top management is least bothered about deliveries even as they default in hand-over dates for more than 5 projects.
On the one hand they are enjoying interest benefits on my 95% payment they have collected, even as I struggle to pay rentals for the past 15 months of their delay from my meagre resources as a senior citizen. I have already undergone 2 angioplasty operations caused by tensions from this callous developer.Their senior management is politically protected by dubious politicians which is why they consider themselves invincible.They are also protected by RERA who are a totally compromised organisation, open to bribery.
I appeal to my Hindu Prime Minister and Karnataka CM to not only put an end to our misery but also seek to compensate us for the harrassment meted out to us Senior Citizens.I still remember how a supposed Customer Relationship expert, a lady called something-Ghosh, misbehaved with me possibly because she realised that I was an old helpless man and having paid 95% of my payment, I was open to whatever abuses she chose to heap on me.
I pray and hope to GodAlmighty that this company, it's employees and management, suffer ten times the harrassment that they have subjected me and my wife, both helpless senior citizens, to.We will both die in a few years, maybe even months, but God will punish these people well after our deaths.

Delay in handover/ registration of Flat from last one year when 90% payment is done

I have booked flat in Brigade Buena Vista phase2 on 29/01/21 & agreement was signed on 31/01/21. Brigade asked me to pay 90% since building was almost ready & hence i took bank loan & paid 90% of the amount. Post then, no communication from them. I enquired multiple times & only feedback I'm getting is E-Khata is not ready. Post covid, from last 9 months, I'm chasing to get the possession. Last ticket number is 172361 registered with Brigade for resolution or atleast to hear from them.
My loan EMIs & current rental is adding my worry. Even I'm ready to occupy if anything is available in some other project or any other floor since I'm paying rent & EMIs without possession from last 9 months.
Noone is even responding on mails nor anyone calling back. I need immediate resolution of this issue or money back with interest paid by me to bank.

We went through the same problem and are fighting a case. Will never buy a property with these people again.

Sprinkler burst
The sprinkler pipe has burst and my entire house is on a mess
Before they blamed it on us saying it’s the Gyeser and keeping them off will burst the pipe???
[protected]@brigade never even responds. Everything taken up is treated like water on a ducks back..!!
Please check and prefer not to take brigade properties !!

False promise and non refund
This i am raising a complaint against brigade meadows plumeria. I was cheated by sales person who made me sign documents saying formality sake and has taken Rs.1lac as advance and now due to some quality issue and insufficient fund i am cancelling the deal but he is refusing the refund

I am Prakash L R, I reside in Bangalore and I have booked an apartment at Brigade El Dorado Gallium, my Apartment No: BG-EGA-G-X-0625-XX.
I paid the booking amount of 50, 000 rupees on 31st December on the promise provided by the salesperson and the bank representative whom he made me talk to on-call that I am eligible for a home loan and I will get it for sure as I had prior loans, so based on this promise I paid the remaining downpayment...

Brigade means Cheat...most of their projects quality of plumbing and drainage is very bad. The common areas and common plumbings are prone to leakages, quality of walls and plastering are awful. in mouthshut.com 53 people has written their horrible experience with brigade projects and brigade got a rating of just 1.50, think before you buy. Sorry, no more cheating brigade.

referral bonus scam

My Brother who purchased a flat with Brigade Group, Plumeira J0465 (registered on 16 May 2019) in Bangalore, referred me to buy unit J0265 (registered on 2 May 2019) in the same property on the basis that he would get a referral bonus for doing so. His referral bonus was rejected and the reason given was that his name was not mentioned on my booking form.
Kindly note the following points with respect to my booking form:
1. It was filled by agent, who put his name, instead of my brothers name as the referral.
2. I was not physically present when the booking form was filled and signed by agent (point to be noted here is that I reside in Chennai). I do not know the Agent/Person whose name is in my Booking Form (and who will be getting the referral bonus for my purchase now)!
3. I was not even contacted by the agent or any staff of Brigade Group regarding the filling up of the Booking form. No information regarding the terms & conditions were mentioned to me (please note I am the buyer).
Only after being asked about the reason for rejecting my brothers referral bonus, my booking form was forwarded to me on 13th June 2019, which I had never seen before.
4. Agent procured my fathers signatures, on my behalf (though he has no legal power) just to quickly sell 1 more flat. So I was completely kept unaware of what was filled in the form and my brothers referral bonus is being rejected based on that form?!!
5. My Consumer rights have been compromised. My Right to Information has been Violated by not sharing valuable information regarding my own booking form.
The desirable Solution will be to Grant my Brother the Referral Bonus he is rightfully due (for successfully referring me to purchase a flat).
