I cleared both the technical rounds. Also, during the second round, the interviewer said I'm selected. After that I got call from HR Salman Shariff saying regarding salary and joining. Even I was told from HR that I'm selected and can expect an offer. Now today I was told, project level requirement is not met after all the long process. And gave me no proper reason. How can you schedule second level interview, hr discussion and then say there is no project level need. If I am not the suitable candidate just reject me in interview rounds. Not after all the process and salary negotiation. This is highly unprofessional. Now he is not replying to my mails either.
