Street light from pole no 30 to 38 not working at major sudesh kumar marg, rajouri garden since one month. Dist com are not concerned until some mishapping takes place. It is pitch dark even to cross the road and may invite chain snatchers or other such elements to prosper. Request authorities to take immediate action. If any mishapping takes place the authorities should be made responsible, even police authorities be advised the callous treatment given to the much awaited action. Request fir be lodged against the authorities for not taking any prevemtive action.

There is a power cut only in half the lane that is 10 buildings everyday for 2 hours. The rest of the houses have power always.
The power cuts are only at night when our kids need to sleep.
What is the delhi cm doing?
There was never a power cut earlier.
There is no lineman sent for repairs.
The customer complaint centre has no answers.
Very unsatisfactory staff. Horrible service. Centralized complaint service is horrible..

My Self Gulab Chand, a common man of middle class living in Dakshin Puri. Dear Sir, I would like to say that, I am one shop buy to Mr. Vishnu Jindal at G-241, G.F. Shop, Dr. Amdedkar Nagar, Sector – 5, Dakshin Puri New Delhi, on date 28.06.2012 & my shop electrical Meter No. – 24342957 & CA No.[protected]. Month of May, 2015 your BSES team member come to take meter cut the any type of notice. Not any payment dues on me, and my meter load convert 1 KW to 3 KW, I am also paid Rs. 3290/- dt.26.06.2015. I am regular paid almost 5 months on without meter. I am come to your BSES Sub-Stn. Near Petrol pump, MB Road, Pul Pahladpur, office and meet to C.O & Mr. Ashish Ji, he say to me, you again new meter connection file apply to BSES. So I am again new meter connection file apply on October 2015 but till date no solve my problem. So pls i request do action quick and solve my problem soon Kindly Note– BSES no payment dues on me (electrical Meter No. – 24342957 & CA No. [protected] please check on your recode. In spite of 2 years having passed ont he last complaint, no government organisation like MCD, PWD, BRPL, have taken any steps to remove darkness from the portion of road between Pocket G and start of Pocket F on Madanpur khadar road. It appears that these complaints are not being forwarded or read by relevant authorities.

Kind attn.to my Rep.to DGM Maya Enclave dt.22 July.09 I have paid meter replacement charges with my current bill. My request (i) that previous meter was burnt due to short circuit of bses cable for which I had put up a mail as back as March 09, therefore this not being customer fault, replacement amount is liable for refund pl. and (ii) Again the Cable is still showing sparking. Staff attending complaint told - new cables provision sanction is required. This is department's responsibility. Action needs urgent attention pl.
