AC is just for show off, not working in the most of the busses. It's really suffocating in specialy in summer.

Magob gam pe 1 ghante se upper ho gaya par magob gam se kadodra ka avi tak bus nahi aaya aur aisa daily ho rha he

Stolen purse or tight security on bus stop
I m standing at L. D engineering College brts stop between 3:20 to 3:35 there are no person when I m standing their and when I m setting in bus my bag is in my lap so when I m going in the bus their was any one stolen my purse from my bag

I am complaining about the issue of automatic door opening system of bus stop

Hi sir my complaint is that the working of automatic doors in the brts bus stands are not working properly and in some platforms they opening slowly so please take the necessary changes and solve this issue as soon as possible thank you

The bus is didn't stop at the platform
I was waiting at the platform and the bus didn't even stopped. I am so angry with this situation and thier data didn't even show the driver that how many passengers are getting inn.. what type of nonsense is this

About increasing buses
I am doing regular updown in brts but there are many people who are doing updown also in the situation of covid 19 I request you to increase buses for LD engineering college from geeta mandir you are saying to maintain 50% capacity of brts but it is impossible in this case so I request you to increase buses or to appoint new buses for it

Staff behaviour is rude
I am at bhavya park Brts (BOPAL)bus stand in ahmedabad.
Today I have a very strange experience ar BRTS bus stand. Let me elaborate on this.
I want to travel to the kashiram texttile. And asked operator whether direct kashiram bus will be arrived or not from here. He replyed me in very taunting voice that " Waha uper board me dikh raha na sab kuch fir kyun puch rahe ho" As he was busy in watching movie on his device.( attached is the snapshort for your ref) .
I told him that I don't know about the direct bus so in an asking and it is his duty to solve any customer doubts. He replyed " Tum kya karoge complain kar do fir "
I think sir, as a service user this is very insulting to me.
I think, you have the authority to deal with such kind of issue.
I strongly believe you will take appropriate action in this matter.

Bus card issue in 108 bus conductor

I am travelling daily in sitilink surat bus from vibrant nursing college to chowk and the bus number is 108 and route is olpad to railway station and on 21-12-21 at 5:10 pm a 108 bus arrived at vibrant nursing college and reached chowk at 5:40 pm and I have a bus card in which the conductor done the entry and at 5:35 pm when I said for exit he said "NO" Exit is not done in this machine and I asked him why so he said at brts only the exit can done and the chowk bazar has no brts then I said then why u done entry when u know that entry cannot be done in machine n then he was started shouting...
So please chance the machine or the conductor this was done with me at 5 th tym and I m giving penalty of 22 rs.

And when I scan in iscon cross road brts it will be scan eusaly

Pass system
Since last 4 days I'm visiting maninagar railway station brts for my brts pass recharge and renewal, buy every time they ask me.to come at 2pm, if i go at 2 pm they informing me that the person is not available, he went out so come next day, since last 4 days I'm facing this issue, why this kind of service u have ???

I'm complaining about the rude driving of BRTS Bus..

I was at katargam surat, gujarat area near Ashvinikumar road, central bank of india and I was crossing the road from BRTS road crossing.
Time was 12:35PM.
At the same time BRTS Bus arrived at high speed nearly 40km/hours and instead of slowing the Bus bus driver keep driving at high speed. Ever after my blowing of horn and showing me crossing he doesn't stop his bus.
I was about to hit me by bus, I was just away by 1 feet from the bus. God save me.
When I shouted at driver he speaks rude and dirty words.
So I have noted the bus number.
GJ 05 BX 2354.
Please take proper action against driver.

Increase the frequency of the buses from Sola bridge to Sola Bhagwat
Please increase the frequency of buses of 9u or from Sola bridge to Sola Bhagwat. In this route most of the students travel for their college and their are no place to stand in that crowd of the bus. This is also creating a lot of incident in buses and most of the students are not able to get in the bus and they are missing their lecture. Please see this issue as fast as you can. I am attaching the file please see this

9(u )bus going FROM maninagar to vasant nagar township
This bus is carrying double of people by which bus is full maximum 50 up people are carrying by this bus not a little space is given. Maximum people are not wearing mask also pls see to it otherwise I will complaint in rambaugh police station..

I am registering this complaint regarding the person who makes the card for brts at isckon cross road brts bus stop he is not available from last 2 hours and I have registered my complaint at help line number the girl also told me that please wait for 15 minutes more the guy is coming and it's been already 35 minutes he has not come yet and the complaint number is also busy or out of coverage area. Very worst service because I have come here in my office lunch break and I am getting late because of this service.

I request to their head that that this problem should be solved because behind them many ladies were also seeting and we're shocked by that behaviour

Today morning I start my journey from Prem Darwaza stand. While checking change money given to me by booking staff after my purchase of ticket for destination.
He get annoyed and use very abusive language and non parliamentary words.
He must be given proper education how to behave with customer.
His behaviour is not tolerable at all.

Ticketing issue
I had face issue many time regarding to change money that I had taken ticket of rs. 14 and gave him 15 rs. But he don't have change so he asked me to wait or go. This kind of issue happen with many pessangers in a day and they earn lot of money like this. So please solve this issue that this cheaters making fool people and government both. Take action as soon as possible. Also I have complaint regarding route no. 2D bhadak circle bus. That it is not stopping at stops.

Bus driver's PATHETIC BEHAVIOUR!!!

I was in a Ghuma bus today (18/08/2021) and there was another Ghuma bus behind me. Mine bus was full so i decided to take the onr behind me, as it wasn't much crowded, so i got off my first bus at ISRO and the bus driver at the back didn't even stop at ISRO and just went ahead!! Like WHATTT??? ISN'T HE SUPPOSED TO STOO AT EVERY DAMN STOP. AND IT WASN'T LIKE THAT THE BUS WAS EMPTY OR WAS GOING TO THE DEPOT. IT WAS RUNNING, BUT ONLY BECAUSE THERE WAS NO OTHER PASSENGER BESIDE ME AT ISRO, HE DIDN'T STOP??????? bus number GJ01DX1738. I want action against him. THIS IS SO PATHETIC, I HAD TO TAKE AUTO TO REACH TO MY DESTINATION. I WANT ACTION, AND A REPLY TO THIS.

Due to low buses the increasing of pandemic covid 19
There were less buses in area of kalupur to go my college Vishwakarma government engineering college .
I had two times late to go my college because of less bus for (7 number)
Which would go to my college.
And at the returning time (bus number 2) has large crowd that's why corona pandamic increases and it has a health issues on the people who returned from job or college or work
So my humble request to the brts authority to increase the bus at morning and at the evening.
So there is a less chance to spread covid -19 and because of this larger crowd the cases of theft has been increasing larger(1 person has mobile theft, another person has 30000 rupees which was theft because of the larger crowd)
I know that the authority of brts is very punctual so I appeal as a citizen of india to the government to solve the issue of all of the brts traveler.

Totally disgusting and rude staff lady at Jodhpur BRTS ticketing counter, Ahmedabad (Opp Star Bazar). No sense of talking and rudely behaving with all customers. Please kick her out, she has no sense to talk to elders too.

Money loaded but not credited in card
I recharged my Janmitra card through online portal of ICICI bank and when money was deducted it showed that unauthorised user and access denied on their portal and money deducted but not credit bank or in my card, I have complaint in customer care and they are asking 15 working days to take actions, are they serious ?

Complaint against the driver
On dated[protected] between 22:30 to 22:40 BRTS NO. (GJ01 DX 1259) bus overtake me on chimanbhai bridge, torrent power end side and it overtake from wrong lane. I was on my activa and the driver almost hit me and turn on Dharamnagar side, who was responsible if I had an accident. Which kind of person you had appointed, did they knew rules not to overtake from left side. Please look into this type of irresponsible driving skills, may be today I was lucky what if other time some unlucky one will have an accident. This lockdown period no one was on bridge and if something happened and he will run away who will be responsible for all this thing, I was in shock after this but don't want someone else to feel the same way I'm feeling right now. If you have any online portal for complaint please inform and do some actions.

I am travelling from BRTS since few days. I am new to the city so asked the ticket person which bus should I catch for the specific route. He is not concerned or interested in helping or answering as if I am begging them for some money. The way and tone was so rude and unhelpful. I missed 3 busses back to back just because he couldn't tell me that my bus is arriving and on which door number. Because he was too busy with his friends chit chatting. This happened to me along with few other passengers at shastrinagar BRTS stop. Pathetic.

I have experienced this so many times. Thry are least interested towards passengers, but just wanna chat with their friends sitting at the window counter. So pathetic. Disgraceful staff!!!

complain about cash counter

At cash counter i asked the ticket from nehrunagar to bhulabhai park. The fair is rs.14 i gave total rs.105 and the person on cash counter gave only rs.70 instead of rs.91
I was in hurry i catch the bus as it was already on the stand. I counted my money and it was less than expected.
I, hereby, draw your attention and compalin about the misbehavior of that person assigning on cash counter. May be he is doing with all the people who are in hurry. I am expecting positive reply from you.

irregularity of buses in ghuma side (1 number)

Bus number 1 running from ghuma to maninagar are very irregular and doesnt seem to follow a fixed schedule. The drivers are involved in gossiping in morning time itself at ghuma stop and arrive irregularly at little wings stop itself (1 station ahead of ghuma). And then two or three buses come together. A person relying on brts for going to office is founding it very difficult as no fixed timings seems to be there. This is happening regularly from last 6 months. Even in evening timing, the buses from maninagar are coming in bunches of 4 to 5 which leadsd to most of rush in starting 2 buses followed by empty 3 buses. As they arrive at same time, a person has to wait at stops of isro, ramdev, isckon for more than hour to get a bus to ghuma. All this is causing grave incovenience to people and no appreciable steps have been taken even after regular complaints.

the doors of brts

In ahmedabad at iscon circle at iscon temple brts there is a sliding door which is not opening so the passenger from the bus r not able to come out or go in the bus. This incident happened with me on 13/02/2020 morning at around 7:30 oclock. I am not able to add photo as i am not at that place. And also the doors r now at its worst condition, i think the doors should changed

the driver drove in a very dangerous and rash manner
On 21st january while traveling in the brts from ld engineering to law garden in bus number 9 (190) lisence plate number: gj 01dx1100 encountered a driver who drove very rashly, always short breaked. Which led to a lady almost tripping
While trying to get on the bus he started driving before we could board completely and didn't even close the gate for a few seconds, the same thing happened while we were trying to get down. He started driving before a co-passenger and i could get down completely and as a result i have twisted my ankle.
I am sorry but this is not the service that anyone would like to take, especially when it leads to injuries.
