As there is two ticket counters allotted at every brts stops. Even after having lots of crowd, memnagar stop have only one ticket counter that is working. And they didn't gave ticket on another ticket counter even if one of the staff member with "jan mitra" t-shirt is sitting inside ticket counter. I just asked her whether ticket counter is working or not? She responded very rudely that we don't run both counter. And then she complained against me to someone that i am asking an question about two ticket counter.
Feel free to suggest that if a common commuter r not allowed to ask suck a question.

During driving he says not bother about passanger

Dear team,

It is my humble request to you to inform brts hod or brts md who manage bus service through your site.

Recently, two persons are killed by hitting brts bus. It is very bad news for them family members as well as people.

I wants to aware brts staff and people.

In gujrati one idiom "પાણી પહેલાં પાળ બાંધવી".

My wife working in one private it company and daily use brts transportation service.

Need to increase frequency of brts buses in pickup hours.

I regularly see this, buses are very overloaded.

Disadvantage:
1. Sometimes, tiers break out and buses are stuck on road, traffic are increase due to same if it is happening on cross road.

2. Thief increases in buses due to more people they gain more advantage of this situation.

3. People looks badly to girls and working woman and sometime clown taking advantage of this situation.

4. If there is fire, then it is very high risk to save all people because at that time no one understand the situations.

Please i hope you understand my request. I wants to aware brts staff for this situation as well as spread awareness in people.

Solution: if brts buses increase in pick up hours (7am to 10am also in evening 6pm to 9pm) then situation automatic in under control.

When i was waiting for my bus no. 8. And when my bus came the 11 no. Bus suddenly came all the passenger scimmage and i touch at the front of the door the guard shouting on mee very badly ane when i was explainig about the insidence the ticket maker came and fight with me and push me out of the stand
I will request the commitee that take action on it. Checl the cctv camera of ld engireering at between 4 to 6:30 pm
Don't put such type of vulgure people in brts remove them and attend new workers the thing that they own the bus stand

I was travelling on 10/11/19, sunday afternoon from memnagar to jantanagar at the 4 no. Bus. The ticket costs ₹20 from memnagar to jantanagar as well as memnagar to shiv shakti. While getting off the bus, i missed my jantanagar station and got off at the next station i. E. Shiv shakti. Even though the ticket charges for both the stations were same, i was charged with a fine of ₹42. I understood the problem and cooperate and paid the fine. The issue is that i was not given any receipt for the fine that i paid. I am an 18 year old girl and this was the first time i paid a fine. They charged the fine readily by immediately calling me back but they didn't even talk about the receipt. Next day, when i asked about the receipt, the man who sits in the ticket counter immideately hesitated in denial and told me to talk to the security guard. The security guard started hesitating and saying "you didn't take the fine yesterday. We can't give you today." "whatever happened yesterday, it happened. You could have stopped and asked for the fine." i told them that it was their responsibility to give me a receipt if they are fining me.
The issue is not about the amount of money. I did a mistake and i paid for it. But it is their sole purpose that if they are fining me then they should give a receipt. They could readily shout and stop us in middle of the station to pay the fine but they just let the receipt go. How is this fair to me?

Buses are running upto 11pm, however when my mother and younger brother arrived there 20 minutes prior. The ticket counter operator denied providing tickets. Merely because he shut down the system (Which was during his working hours)
A person who can not commit to his/her work and just interested in salary should be given some strong feedback from authorities.

My family suffered reaching home late night due to this unprofessional, lazy employee of brts.

I really look forward for some step taken on this.

Overtake / over speed!

Bus - brts! Bus - number - gj 1 / du 6075!

I was driving on dr ambedkar bridge today and a brts bus driver was roughly driving and did overtake on me with over speed and i was trapped between bridge and bus in very small space of area i tried to save my self and the bus driver was looking at me and did nothing it was like intentional!

Some how god saved me! Today and i want to complain about this driver!

Some days ago may be week ago near dharnidhar crossroads a brts did accident with a women on activa!

So kindly i request please take action on this driver soon!

Hope you will take action about this driver because its not about me only its about many people!

Today i reached at anjali and then i go to the exit door and scan my ticket to
the machine but there is some problem so the machine is not working and i told to the security guard the machine is not working properly then the security guard rude with me and told me you are uneducated and also fight verbaly with me and also the ticket issuing person also fight with me verbaly and i ask the other pepole and every one said they are always do this behaviour with all brts passengers and this is my 2nd time journey in the brts and really this to bad experience with the brts and also the staff is so rude and uneducated they are appointed to help the passenger and guide for the same not fight with the passenger

Today i reached soni ni chali brts stand at 10 am. I want to go to Gita mandir. I have waited till 10.40 but didn't get any bus. We were 100 people waiting for 11 number Bus. I ask people who use this transport regularly. They said it happens everyday. Very dissapointed situation.

BRTS known as fast transport in busy route. Please do needful for this.

I m traveling from vasundhra society to mj library through bust no. 8 (Naroda gam) at every morning 6:30 am, but there are no tickit staff at vasundhra society, how can i get ticket from stop, if every day i waiting for tickt then i am getting a late at my office, how can i wait everyday for tickit staff, i also get a janmitra card for solution if this but there a no tickit staff so i can't entry of card, at the other hand at mj library security said i[censored] haven't tickit then take from here, i said ok i will, i give him to a money for tickit but they are not giving me a tickit. How can i give him money everyday without taking a tickit and they behaving very rude if i called him for tickit and tickit staff boy are sleeping there every day but he didi mot give me a tickit. I hope action will take for this problem as soon as possible.

Maninagar - ghuma brts bus has very low frequency in the morning & evening time (College& office time). Also ac is not working in bus and as there is so much rush at that time all passanger have difficulty. As lot of student and civilian used this rout, sometime we could not reach at time... So this is requesting you to increase number of buses in this route

@ science city approach brts, ahmedabad: at time : around 6:15 p. M. The person who was on duty was not returning changes to passengers and he was stating that he is earning 5000 rs par month from this changes which he is not returning to the passengers. He knew that no one is going to take action against him. Hope some action must be taken for this.

I m a regular traveller of brts through my job concern every night i am leaving from my office reach brts stop at 9pm around a ticket checker and a person sitting in the window both are
Very rude to me tonight a person who sitting in the window he was listening music in full mood there is no ticket checker is present there that's why i gave him ticket through ticket box i gave him like he noticed that i gave him ticket he even doesn't know that i m standing in front of me he is in full mood of listening music so i gave him ticket so he realised that i gave him my hand is goes little inside of ticket box for that reason he insult me with an abusive word in front of 7 people at the bus stand very very abusive behaviour of him he told me that is its his wish that he should stand ticket checker or not very very abusive just throw them from job he can't talk to me like this not just me not with any lady or a passenger he insults me for realised him to check my ticket in the absence of ticket checker throw them immediately very very bad service of brts

The ticket giver at Himmatlal Park is very abusive he doesn't give change although he has. Everyday it's the same with that jerk. Everyday I face this problem. I feel harassed. Please take the necessary action. Remove him immediately from there. Otherwise bring a system where we can pay through our debit cards and credit cards. So that this problem is solved. Bring Automated machines and remove such abusive people.

Brts rout no 9 towards sola bhagwat is running in good manners. But this rout has very law frequency.
So passengers have to wait for long time hoti 20 minutes, as well as they have to travel standing throughout the route. They have to suffer a lot to reach their destination.
Irs my request to do the needful for the same, earliest possible.
This route passes through various educational institutions, campus and ends up at engineering college and sola bhagwat university campus. A lot of students as well as common civilian uses this route and ofently they could not reach in time. Please kindly attention to avoid this type of condition. Hoping for your favourable response and actions as earliest as possible.

There is a person who's name is "Hitesh Desai" sitting at Sola bridge brts ticket window in the evening between 4-6. The person holds so much of attitude, don't know why! But he never gives ticket on time. Just because of him we missed our bus many times. When the bus arrives & we ask him to hurry up, he keeps on searching or do some thing in that ticket machine, that he doesn't give us the ticket till the bus leave the station, and then he smiles. If the bus arrives at station, we ask bus driver to wait for few mins so we can board the bus, the driver do stop for us for few mins, but this person don't give is the ticket untill the bus leave the station. Could have let it go if it happened only once or twice. But we are a regular traveller of brts & he keeps on doing this frequently. I mean, how such a person can hold so much of attitude & ego. What does he get by doing this to other citizens?

THOUGH YOU PEOPLE DOESN'T RESPOND. STILL LOGGING A COMPLAINT AGAINST HIM. *IF THE ACTION WOULD NOT BE TAKEN AGAINST HIM, WILL GO FOR LEGAL ACTION THAT'S FOR SURE*

Besides, it's your duty to resolve the issue. I read few of the complaints where you people doesn't take our issues seriously. Well, if this happens here, will be taking a legal action against that fellow.

હું 13-11-18 ના રોજ સવારે 10-00 કલાકે સુરત થી કામરેજ બસ કોડ m 53 મા કામરેજ જવા મુસાફરી કરી રહ્યો હતો બસ ના ચાલક બસને ચલાવતી વખતે વચ્ચે આવતા ગતિરોધક વખતે બસ ધીમી નહીં કરતા ગતિ મા ચલાવતાં હતાં હું પાછળની સીટ ઉપર બેઠો હતો . ગતિરોધક ( સ્પીડ બ્રેકર) વખતે બસ માં પાછળ જે આંચકા આવતા હતા તે ખુબજ ખરાબ બસમાં બીજી વખત મુસાફરી કરવાનું મન ન થાય એ હદે ખરાબ હતા આવી સ્થિતિમાં મુસાફરો B.R.T.S.મા મુસાફરી કરવાનું ટાળશે. બસમાં [protected] પર ફરિયાદ માટે પ્રયત્ન કર્યો પરંતુ ફોન લાગતો નથી

Some bus driver is very bed because they don't stop bus at some bus stops and i see very old people wad faced difficultly due to them and not genuine and gental behavior and some fact to behaive with student girls is not good for our city so plz if you able to take action tell me other wise i can give punishment them.

On saturday morning i was rerurning from my job after completing night shift. I just crossed memnagar road and approached aec cross roads brts bus stand. I saw a brts bus over speeding near the road intersection where he is supposed to slow down the bus. Me and my friend had to apply the breaks immediately and fortunately we were saved by our disc brakes otherwise the bus would have hit our bikes. I followed the bus and still it kept over speeding.
I saw the bus at aec cross roads starting from me memnagar village intersection. So porbably the bus might have arrived from helmet cross roads. I started following the bus starting from aec croas roads and the bus driver kept driving roughly. He turned left from aec and entered the brts route heading to sattadhar cross roads. I tried to stop the bus but he started abusing and shouted that i can do whatever i want.

Today, 6th november at 3-38 pm,
Bus driver of gj01dx1334 drove bus roughly, broke signal at pragati nagar cross roads and tried to collide with my car even when signal was closed.. Some sincere action against this driver must be taken.. He take anyone's life with such irresponsible driving.. The driver must get punishment if our system is powerful.. Hope my complaint will be considered seriously

I am a proud citizen of ahmedabad commuting via brts to reach my desired destination.

I like to complain about my key and wallet lost while i was travelling via brts yesterday in the morning from anjali to jhansi ki rani.

After an hour - i came to know that i lost my keys and the wallet. I rush to the ticket operator and asked questions about the bus route and timing for the bus on which i travelled. But he refuses to give me the correct answer.

Further, i connect to call via toll-free number but no one speaks to entertain my complaint. I tried many times but all the ways no answer.

Here i am attaching the ticket for your kind reference.

There is different ticket charge between two same stops in up and down route. Today morning i took ticket from law garden for narayan hospital which was 14 rupees and in d evening ticket from rakhial char rasta (Vch is second stop from narayana hospital in narayana hospital to law garden route) to law garden was 15 rupees. How this is possible? Longer distance has 14 rupee ticket while shorter distance has 15 rupees ticket.

I was standing at vishwakarma engineering college brts stand ... A '7 number' bus came which was going to chandkheda ... So I stepped back ...Just when the bus was about to leave, a operator at the station told us that it will be going to narol instead of chandkheda ...I asked the driver to stop so that I don't have to run which may have caused me an injury ..But he didn't ...Later when I was talking to the operator, he told me the route written was reversed by mistake, and it was the driver's mistake and that even after he was informed that the route written was reversed, he didn't stop .He also told me how the driver's don't listen to them and all always rude...I had to wait for 20 minutes for the next bus to arrive which resulted in me being late to an important meeting ...
The incident happened on 31st January 2017, somewhere between 11 and 11.15 am at vgec brts stand .

Ahmedabad BRTS have odd ticket price : Example: If I want to go from one station to another station it's ticket price is 4.00Rs or something like that but main problem is when you give 'em 10.00Rs. they'll give you 5.00 Rs they never have change and what the hell do they do with that extra money of people. so bottom line they should make their price round off or they should give change.
