Sola Bhagwat Vidyapith brts ticket distributor is very rude. He don't know how to talk with someone. He always talk very rude with everyone

Ladies seat

Male passengers occupy ladies seats in BRTS bus often and do not give even after request by lady passengers. Driver also does not respond to the matter when asked regarding the matter.
Concerned authority is appealed to look into the matter in order to solve the situation.

Increase bus according to population
Please increase bus frequency according population. Currently situation like filling 'gheta bakra'. Many of people are injured and unconscious in bus due to AC not working/ suffocation.

Low frequency of Brts bus number 11

The bus number 11 in brts ahmedabad comes as late as 40 minutes after the first comes. This huge of a difference in two buses cause them to overflow and people to be late to work and studies. A simple increase in number of these buses will solve the issue

BRTS Bus stand announce not working
Mostly in all buses station names are not announced before station reached.
I am Mahavirsinh Padhiyar today 15 December 2021 due to not announcing the name station I have to suffer a lot time waster and money as well of extra ticket and go to south bopal in place of the Bopal Approach.
Please it's a gentle request to check genuinely every bus notification speaker is working for station name or not.

Complaint against BRTS staff
I have been travelling in BRTS Ahmedabad since 3 months. From Panjrapole char rasta to Hetarth party plot (9D, 2S). Sometimes I buy a physical ticket and online(M ticket) depending upon my flexibility.
When I go for M Ticket, I just go to brts station, wait for my bus(staff is not asking me to show my ticket I will stand near bus gate) and I'll enter into the bus and my journey starts. When I get off the bus, the brts staff asks for the ticket and I'll show the M ticket.
Today (i.e january 1st 2021) these brts employs coming back to me and waiting for me in the next brts station entering into my bus and behaving very badly. They don't even ask properly, simply asking me to come out of the bus.
Don't they know that there is an option for online(M ticket) ????
This is not at all acceptable. I am raising a complaint against the rude behavior of BRTS staff.
