Brts number 410 running from Uttran to Sarthana in Surat city does not arrive on time, the arrival time is 20 minutes but the bus comes at a distance of 1 hour and sometimes the driver does not stop the bus, he drives the bus according to his will, the bus In avoids giving ticket and conductor puts 5 rupees from passenger in his own pocket. Kindly request surat brts and smc to take action on this.

Everyday in Vareli the timing of brts in morning is 6:03 of 13 no. Bus, but they always come around 6:15 which causes a lot of difficulties for students, as the timing of school is from 7:10 and schools are located in Surat, I request SMC to take serious measures on this bus driver of 13 no bus of morning

There is two buses of number 18 which travels from Uttran to Railway station.Uttran is last station so what bus driver does is he parks the bus under the bridge for half an hour and this is the same with both drivers and everyone has to wait for hours for the bus to arrive while they are there drinking tea. And another important thing is that both drivers doesn't turn the AC on, what they do is turn AC on 5 mins before arrival at the station so no one suspects and after departure from there he turns AC off. Why both drivers does that? Obviously to sell the leftover diesel which was supposed to run AC. And everyone complains about them no turning AC on. I hope you'll take some action regarding to this problem.

Sir your BRTS problem is timing bus can't reach driver behaviour BRTS BRTS traffic problem and this is a solver this problem solve this problem bus bus is driver not behave with properly which student and passengers BRTS buses are leakage with water in rain time and was can't be reach on platform is it shows bus cannot touch on the time first can't drive it Google maps Times bus stand reach at times and bus stand stop all 1 minute above because we are 1 minute stop here bosses and can't reach our time and miss the boss
