135.00 rupees deducted from my account on 25-OCT-2022 but application form is still asking for making the payment. The last date of the vacancy is 09-NOV-2023. as the date is closer site...

Dear sir
I have made online payment (Sbcollect reference no. Du42330749, date[protected] for the gl mains exam of the bssc (Adv.No.[protected] which is going to held on 27th march 2016. I had paid the fees but till now otp did not come on my mob no. [protected] many time i have tried to contact bssc by calling on landline no. Given on the official site but no one is receiving my call. Till now i am waiting anxiously for the otp no. To complete my form.
Please solve my problem immediately and resend the otp, so i can submit my application.
I have sent my brother on 04/03/2015 bcoz i am serving in bangalore to bssc patna office and he has submitted admit card, sbi e- receipt of payment and adhaar card but till now worst website of bssc is not allowing me to complete my application form and the last date of submission of form is 10/03/2015.
When my brother went to the bssc office the dealing clerk has given receipt and told that they will sent otp for filling up application form.
Please sir, take appropriate action immediately and reply on above email id.

Dear sir, i have done payment of rs.350 to bssc po-veterinary college patna-800014 from sbi bank challan for online application advertisement number[protected].I filled part first than after i take the print out of challan .The fees deposit in sbi branch - morabadi ranchi, branch code-16002 .I have done payment on 10/10/2014 .Bank give journal number[protected]. My resgistration number is [protected].When i filled journal nuber for payent system showing your payent has not received from bank please wait for one day.
