On the 10th of July 2022, I ordered a phone after being redirected from a google ad to the site, budgetbaazaar.com. Since cash on delivery was not an option, and I was assured that the transaction is safe by the site, I paid via my debit card 5500 expecting a phone in return. My suspicion started when I received the confirmation mail in my "promotions" inbox. From the 10th of June, they have provided me with a "order status" page where the status has remained the same as that of shipping. I have tried to contact them through the email and phone number posted in the site. Whenever I call the phone number, my call is forwarded to a different number and no one picks up. No one has responded to my email yet. Their bank account is registered under the name ECONOMICAL LIFE FREEDOM PRIVATE LIMITED.

Had ordered a mini refrigerator worth 10k, haven't recieved and text, mail, call, or the product after the day of order confirmation.

I order a washing machine on 3rd July 2022 but delivery has not been received by today.

I ordered mobile on 9th July and I paid for it because there is no option of COD so I paid ₹30999 but till now i haven’t received any confirmation message or tracking I’d or any details about the product so I contact them on their number but number has only 9 digits and I also mail them but got no reply from them . Help to recover my money …

I have ordered microwave and made payment online but still nit delivered. It's more than one week now.

On 1st of June i purchase a phone and a bassbuds from this site and on the next very day it showed that it is ready but from that day till date there is no update I tried to contact them through email and phone number provided but no response is given i am very worried about the payment made because there was no option of cash on delivery
