Flight got cancelled due to some technical glitch.
Spicejet manager in the airport gave assurance that refund will be initiated same day.
But refund not received.

My flight is cancelled and the airline had already sent the money to budget ticket
But still after more than 15 days I didn’t get my money
I called them like more than 20 times no response at all
They are only saying my refund is in process

I am not able to locate the PNR status and booking status. There is no response from BudgetTicket.in customer service.

It seems to be a scam. Kindly look into the matter and ban the website ASAP so that others can be saved from being scammed.

Hi my ticket has been canceled but the money is not yet refunded back in my bank account

I was trying to book the flight from Bangalore to Delhi using the Skyscanner platform. it redirected to BudgetTicket.in where I paid the full amount and then the website threw the "unknown error happened"

there is no communication of any kind from the BudgetTicket.in or Skyscanner.

the helpline number and emails of BudgetTicket.in don't work and there are 100s if not 1000s of consumer complaints online stating the same.

I booked a flight from pune to Bangalore and didn't received any confirmation from budget ticket later on. As a proof I have my transaction details only with me.

I have booked a flight ticket from Varanasi to Mumbai, but received no confirmation. I have tried to send ticket to WhatsApp and Email, but it was showing send, but received nothing. I checked the PNR status in Official Airline website, but it was showing booking validation failed.
I need my money refund back....

Amount was deducted, but no ticket confirmation. not able to contact their support in any way. Their website feedback form does not work. Customer contact support will not pick up the call. Not sure what to do next

Budget ticket is a fraud company. Consumer helpline number does not work. No reply via email.

Do not fall for this trap company.

Budget Ticket is a fake, mf company. They show lower price. Deducted money, but did not confirm my booking. Do not fall for this trap company.

I have booked my flight from Budget ticket portal on 3rd Jan 2022. After half an hour they said there is a price dropdown and they cannot book my ticket. They also mentioned that they will refund my complete amount and it will be reflected within 5 to 7 days in my bank account. But, now it is more than 15 days and my amount is not yet refunded by them. Daily i am following up with them but there is no update. Firstly they will show cheap price ticket later they will hold your amount. It's very bad as i have to book my ticket for urgency and i am keep on waiting for my refund. Please help to get my refund amount back from them.

I was searching for flight from Delhi to Bangalore so I found found some cheap flights on budget ticket website and I done my booking by making 5200 rupess screenshot is annexed herewith. But my ticket is not confirmed after waiting for a long time and no response from the company till now. I tried to contact them but the contact no. [protected]provided to me was the wrong no. And I mailed them 2 time but no response from that option too.

I have made a booking through budget ticket for Kolkata to Delhi and the amount of ₹10, 568 has been deducted from my bank account but I have not received the ticket nor any number to contact budgetticket. Kindly help me to logged a complaint.

I made a booking through budget ticket from Kolkata to Delhi for 29th May with Pnr no. M9F2MH flight no. I5 579.Due to weather conditions the booking was cancelled by airline and I receieved a full refund from airline (screenshot attached).Now budget ticket is deducting service fee 629₹ without me taking any service and when the airline has given a full refund
