I have received faulty product which is not working!
While buying the product they displayed name as i8 earpods and while delivering, they delivered i7 earpods!
There is no helpline number available on their website!
I have seen similar complaints on the consumer complaints website!
Their return policy is to take back products only from 3 days of delivery, today is my 2nd day after delivery!
I have paid inr 1500 for the product! Please help me return the product and get my money refunded!
