We was waited for vellore bus in uthangarai at 3:50 PM.
This 3:50pm bus not stopped in uthangarai, so please teak auction for that 3: 50 Pm timing in uthangarai, please don't I don't have bus number because he not stopped in uthangarai at 3;50 Pm.

Hey smc, i want to complain about surat bus sitilink no.706 which is not on the timings and always been late
Its not just today's case, its been 2 to 3 months they always lies from the starting point and today i waited for long 2 hours..is this enough?? Fuxk you ### ... Dear Sir, in mp. bus no. mp28p0278 not following any rto rules, drive, contractor not in dress, nor fare list, vehicle no. fitness no. insurgence no. in front of PASSENGER .

same thing in mh bus MH 40 n 9010 they run very fast not lift to passenger, they so many time stop unnecessary on bus stop but not stop for passenger even full bus empity

Please make a round sometimes at majnukatilla bus stop because around 6.am all autos and taxi will stand near stand so we could able to see bus is coming or not, no space..please checking is strictly needed at this place. I always travel for my work and that's making me problem and others too.. concern my complaints ..thank you

In government bus the people was not allowed to sit. The only destination passenger was allowed sit who was standing in the bus that people are intermediate or stage wise passenger.

Ex; covai to madurai bus.
Only allowed to sit madurai passenger.
Who was going down in intermediate place of palladam darapuram, oddanchatram that people was not allowed to sit in the bus.

Kindly take action for the above message.
Or
Collect the half ticket from passenger who was stand-in the bus.

The bus was supposed to arrive n even after waiting an hour and half the bus didn't show up. The helpline person was very rude and did not help me.
The bus details like bus no. And contact no. Of driver or conductor was not given to me even after asking.
Thoroughly dissapointed with the service.
I would like my money refunded as soon as possible as it was not my mistake that the bus didn't arrive even after so much time.

को हाइवे नंबर 71 पर झज्जर की ओर से अपनी बाइक पर आ रहा था की एक सफ़ेद रंग की बस नंबर
RJ 14 PE 3031 अचानक मेरी बाइक से खतरनाक ओवरटेक करता अगर मैं अपनी बाइक को धीमा न करु तो हम दोनों मैं और मेरी पत्नी दोनों overbridge से नीचे मिलते वो भी मुर्दा क्योकि हमारे पास न तो जगह थी की हम अपने बाइक को साइड ने करने की और दूसरी और ट्रक अपनी लाइन में चल रहा था । बस वाले ने अचानक हम दोनों के बीच में बस को घुसा दिया ( मेरी बाइक और मेरे राईट साइड का ट्रक )
यह घटना रेवाड़ी हरियाणा के पास जो रेलवे का overbridge ह जो टोल प्लाजा से फर्स्ट bridge ह उसकी ह।
Please take an action fast.

I was traveling from amravati to karanja on 17 august time 3.15 to 5 pm at karanja on this bus.

I asked lady conductor that to let me sit near conductor seat as huge sound is coming from that last damage seats.

It was so damaged​ that hearing that sound for 2 hours was not possible.

She spoke with me arrogantly that she couldn't allow me to the vacant seat near her and told me that she can't do anything for that damaged seat.

Now it's ur turn to take action

Dear Sir,
I would like to draw your kind attention towards the above said matter that how some Bus Operators are cheating the innocent persons and also disobeying the laws for their self profit…..
This is all about the above given reference BUS Number::::
1. We took ticket from Delhi (Anand Vihar) to Tanakpur for Rs.320/- and they told us that the same bus is upto for Tanakpur and we paid for the same.

2. The bus authority was issuing the tickets different stations which had no way.

3. We board on bus at 11 am , according to the authorities the bus had to leave by 12 noon but after many discussion we compelled him to depart and they depart it at 1 pm.

4. As they told us the bus will reach by 4 or 5pm, but they delayed it for their own profit (stopped many stations which were not their stops).

5. As the last destination was Tanakpur but they compelled all o[censored]s to get down at KHATIMA , and it was the time 11pm and it was not the destination.

6. All passengers were against the said Bus, but the bus driver immediately threw all the passengers out and ran away.

7. He did not think even a second that what we will do on the highway road and how we reach the destination.

8. I opposed them and after many arguments he ready to drop by private jeep.

Now I want to tell you that all it was illegal and they were trying to loot the innocent peoples.
There were many couples and their young children in which the teen girls were also there.

Some of them took private transport from there and paid the double fare and reached their destinations.


These kind of people are accused for the crime because at 11pm when they left the passengers alone in the highway road and there may be happen any kind of miss happening but they were not little worry about the same.


SO IT’S MY HUMBLE REQUEST TO TAKE STRICT ACTION AGAINST THEM WHO ARE CREATING THE SUCH PROBLEMS.



PLEASE TAKE ACTION AND I HOPE TO ACHIEVE A GREAT JUSTICE FROM YOUR SIDE.

We the resident of hasthampatti area, salem often witness accidents caused by private buses running between old busstand and junction especially bus number 7 and 39. They do harsh driving made so many accidents but for our knowledge no action has been taken against them as we see still they are running by the same. A severe action must be taken against these two buses running in this route for the safety of public. we know that there is no use of filing complaint here. we will be glad if action is taken as soon as possible to rectify this problem.

We had booked bus tickets for Amritsar - Delhi from makemytrip. This was therough Arora Travels and thee bus, Volvo PSRTC. The travel time stated was 3pm to 11.30 pm. Arrival to Delhi was supposed to be at 11.30pm on thee 4the August 2012. But we ended up reaching at 2am. Thanks to thee long breaks at stops and driving skills. To top theat thee unfriendly and patheetic customer service skills added to thee long journey.

This is a review for future improved services and "unrecommendation" for potential travelllers.

I traveled in KPN bus recently, due to illness I traveled home that day. My destination is Salem, they din drop me near any bus stop or bus stand they literally dropped me in the Salem bypass road when I asked they told, bus will not go via bus stand. I am the only passenger need to get down at Salem they don even have the courtesy that I am a lady passenger they dropped me at Salem bypass road in the early morning 4.30 am. One of the driver was supporting me and asked the other driver/cleaner to drop me near 5 roads but they opposed and started the bus without any concerns.

This is not the right way of handling a lady passenger, if they will not drop near Salem bus stand then why do they have two dropping points Salem & Salem bypass while booking the tickets? I traveled in many buses none did like this.

To KPN travels, I don know whether this comment will reach you people. But if it reaches u, don just treat this as a complaint against ur travels. Plz take this as a suggestion and do the needful.

मैं आपका धायन अपने साथ हुए हादसे की तरफ केन्द्रित करना चाहता हूँ जो की मेरे साथ और बस में और लोगो के साथ 7- May-2012 सुबह 4:30 पर हुआ I बात 6-May-2012 की है आप की हरयाणा की बस से रात 10:30 बजे से Ambala से Kangra के लिए सफर कर रहा था I ये बस आपके Gurgaoun की थी जिसका Rout गुड़गाँव से पंचरुखी था Bus No HR 55N 4645 I



इस बस का Driver मानसिक तोर से पेरेशiन था और Conductor भी कोई बात नहीं सुन रहा था I वो Rash Driving कर रहा था, केई बार बस की Emergency Brakes लगा रहा था I इस तरह की लापरवाही वाली Driving किसी भी बड़े हादसे की वजह बन सकता है I



सभी सवारी के बार बार कहने के बावजूद यह Driver बस को बहुत बुरी तरह चलता रहा I पहाड़ी क्षेत्र की आनदेखी करते हुए यह चालक अपनी Rash Driving से बाज नहीं आया और Kangra के कुछ km पीछे इस चालक ने Emergency Brake लगा कर केई लोगो को चोटिल कर दिया जिसमे मैं भी एक था I

Kangra पहुँचने पर मैंने किसी तरह अपने आप को समभाल कर परिचालक से complaint Book मांगी तो आप के दोनों चालक और परिचलाक मुझसे से लड्पड़े और अश्लील और अभदर भाषा से गाली गलोच किया I



मेरा आप से सवेदेन अनुरोध है की आप इस घटना पर चालक और परिचलाक पर कड़ी कारवाही करे और अपनी सभी Buses मेँ Complaint Book और Complaint नंबर दें I



Sir I want Proper Action to be taken and revert on this mail also otherwise i will send request to Honable Transport Ministers Of Haryana & Himachal within next 24 hours regarding updation of comlaint Numbers and keeping Compliant Books in Buses

Hi All,
i booked ticket on 3 feb at 10 15 pm chennai - tiruchy , but bus came at 12 30 am . At the same time Drivers and claeners were very rudly shouting on us to getting in . Cleaner is full boost and using many bad words on us .

Third time am facing this problem , Worst response from travels and worst service . Not given proper reason for delays

I am travelling daily from Mori Gate to Kamal Cinema, Safdarjung Enclave, New Delhi. Its a very unfortunate that only a single route on it i.e. 621. As this route blueline bus was already very short, after CWG, Blueline buses are stopped to move and DTC facility is too much poor on this route. Passengers are very worried on this route. Sometime, a span of one hour, there is not a single bus there.

DTC is conducting a mis-management. Some routes have excess buses like 623, 460, 522, 502, etc etc. and some routes have a very meagre bus service of DTC.

Kindly look into the matter and provide the regular interval DTC bus facility or may request you to please increase the bus route also like 623, 588, 711, etc. etc. through Kamal Cinema, Safdarjung Enclave as the passengers can reach at ring road or INA, Safdarjung Airport to pick the ISBT route.

Look the matter and do the needful at your end.

This is Nidhi Jha, just wanted to Lodge a Complaint about Misbehavior of the Conductor.

Since 6 Months, I'm travelling by G4 Bus for coming to Brigade Road. There is a Conductor, dont know the name, but the Bus Number is FA2279, he always Misbehave with the passengers travelling. without any reason, he start soughting and using very abusive words, especially to the outsiders(person from outside B'lore). He always says, "you all North Indians, Monkey and donkey are destroying our B'lore"...and many other things which I cant even say..

I dont think so this is a right way to talk....Even he object at the way we sit and stand and say like, this is not your home, sit properly, and cant sit with Legs crossed...even he touch to forcing us to stand like as he wish..I dont think so it's his duty to make us learn these things.

There is a way to say anything....we all, even Bangalorians are fade up with his behavior and we usually leave the bus if we see that he is in the bus..

Kindly do something in this regards...kindly call me in case you need any more details.

Iam daily travelling in the bus M9M (AGS COLONY) the bus are full of rush for past one year .
the government are not taking any response for it
one day a family with two child(NO EYES) came into the bus,the bus is full of rush.
the conductor was not coming front side. Next stop the checking is there.
they asked the family ticket a man explained him but the checkers are using the bad words and told they(child) are having no eyes....you are having eyes you can take ticket.

Pls start new bus for the MIDC Mahape. Already 510 is there from BarveNagar to MIDC-mahape. But it takes almost 1.45hrs to reach in the morning & in the evening it takes beyond 2hrs as it runs from vashi mrkt. Its a hammble request to you to start new bus or divert the route of 510 bus from barvenagar to MIDC mahape ( via ghatkopar bus depo - Eastern Express Highway - Bhandup Pumping - airoli - rabale - ghansoli - mahape naka - mbp - mahape MIDC )

Kindly look in to this matter ASAP.

In diwali time i came from chennai to trichy . i never reserve so i will try to get bus on stop . but every body ask RS 500. i shocked .normaly its 100 only.one more thing they are private buses .govt must take action an dmake arrangements before about the fare.

We were waiting at the Nanavati bus stop to catch a bus to our destination. At approx 4.20pm today, the 23rd Set 09, a BEST bus arrived & just sped past us. Though the bus began its journey from the Santacruz depot & was travelling to Bhayandar, the driver refused to stop & sped away(the bus was empty). There were around 10 o[censored]s waiting to board the bus & we yelled too but the driver didn’t stop. The no. of the bus is 707 Ltd. & vehicle no. was MH 01 LA 5440.
