Hey smc, i want to complain about surat bus sitilink no.706 which is not on the timings and always been late
Its not just today's case, its been 2 to 3 months they always lies from the starting point and today i waited for long 2 hours..is this enough?? Fuxk you ### ... I'm a College student and even not get college on to the time of college ...please fix this problem and fix your drivers otherwise i will complain it on sc...

Dear Sir, in mp. bus no. mp28p0278 not following any rto rules, drive, contractor not in dress, nor fare list, vehicle no. fitness no. insurgence no. in front of PASSENGER .

same thing in mh bus MH 40 n 9010 they run very fast not lift to passenger, they so many time stop unnecessary on bus stop but not stop for passenger even full bus empity...

Complaining of bus stop

Please make a round sometimes at majnukatilla bus stop because around 6.am all autos and taxi will stand near stand so we could able to see bus is coming or not, no space..please checking is strictly needed at this place. I always travel for my work and that's making me problem and others too.. concern my complaints ..thank you...

In government bus the people was not allowed to sit. The only destination passenger was allowed sit who was standing in the bus that people are intermediate or stage wise passenger.

Ex; covai to madurai bus.
Only allowed to sit madurai passenger.
Who was going down in intermediate place of palladam darapuram, oddanchatram that people was not allowed to sit in the bus.

bus arrival

The bus was supposed to arrive n even after waiting an hour and half the bus didn't show up. The helpline person was very rude and did not help me.
The bus details like bus no. And contact no. Of driver or conductor was not given to me even after asking.
Thoroughly dissapointed with the service.
I would like my money refunded as soon as possible as it was not my mistake that the bus didn't arrive even after so much...

bus quality and maintenance

I was traveling from amravati to karanja on 17 august time 3.15 to 5 pm at karanja on this bus.

I asked lady conductor that to let me sit near conductor seat as huge sound is coming from that last damage seats.

We had booked bus tickets for Amritsar - Delhi from makemytrip. This was therough Arora Travels and thee bus, Volvo PSRTC. The travel time stated was 3pm to 11.30 pm. Arrival to Delhi was supposed to be at 11.30pm on thee 4the August 2012. But we ended up reaching at 2am. Thanks to thee long breaks at stops and driving skills. KPN travels - Not dropped at proper destination

I traveled in KPN bus recently, due to illness I traveled home that day. My destination is Salem, they din drop me near any bus stop or bus stand they literally dropped me in the Salem bypass road when I asked they told, bus will not go via bus stand. Arc bus

i booked ticket on 3 feb at 10 15 pm chennai - tiruchy , but bus came at 12 30 am . At the same time Drivers and claeners were very rudly shouting on us to getting in . Cleaner is full boost and using many bad words on us .

Third time am facing this problem , Worst response from travels and worst service . Not given proper reason for delays...

I am travelling daily from Mori Gate to Kamal Cinema, Safdarjung Enclave, New Delhi. Its a very unfortunate that only a single route on it i.e. 621. As this route blueline bus was already very short, after CWG, Blueline buses are stopped to move and DTC facility is too much poor on this route. Passengers are very worried on this route. Sometime, a span of one hour, there is not a single bus there.

DTC is conducting a mis-management....

Iam daily travelling in the bus M9M (AGS COLONY) the bus are full of rush for past one year .
the government are not taking any response for it

Pls start new bus for the MIDC Mahape. Already 510 is there from BarveNagar to MIDC-mahape. poor service

In diwali time i came from chennai to trichy . i never reserve so i will try to get bus on stop . but every body ask RS 500. i shocked .normaly its 100 only.one more thing they are private buses .govt must take action an dmake arrangements before about the fare....

Bus didnt stop at the bus stop

We were waiting at the Nanavati bus stop to catch a bus to our destination. At approx 4.20pm today, the 23rd Set 09, a BEST bus arrived & just sped past us. Though the bus began its journey from the Santacruz depot & was travelling to Bhayandar, the driver refused to stop & sped away(the bus was empty).
