The Expiry of Amazon Gift Card is a year from the date of purchase. But for gift cards received from BuyHatke, when I try to redeem they give an error stating that they have already expired.

Also the page doesn't mention any details of expiry or Gift card Reference ID which may be used by amazon to revalidate those cards.

On sept 19 1:44 pm i added 500 rs from bhim app (Hdfc bank) and transaction was successful. Payment made to gaurav m dahake with transaction no :[protected]. The wallet is still showing 0.

I sent mail regarding this to [protected]@buyhatke.com. No reply yet.

I did wallet money load on 16 spe 2020, rs 200 but wallet is not loaded. Bank ref no:[protected]

I added 982rs on 22 august at 11.04pm through icici upi reference no[protected]
But my wallet not updated please update

Hi,

I added 1k rs to buyhatke wallet on 27.03.2019 and generated voucher.
In the my vouchers section one voucher is appeared and still shows in status as pending.

Voucher code not generated from 27.03.2019 till to date.

I contacted via email and on facebook messenger but no response from them.

Please take a serious action on this because no others are not face this problem like me.

I have registered my number with buyhatke my number is [protected]. Just booked tatkal ticket but didn't receive any confirmation message but amount got deducted. Their customer care don't respond. Now whom should i contact. Tomorrow i have to travel with my mom but i don't have train ticket. No one is responding. Chat option not working. Called so many times to customer care but no one even receiving call.

Buyhatke is a fraud company as it gives always fake offers and once the user completes the offer and fills the form to claim the product. By waiting next 2-3 days the user receives an email which tells him that the referrals you made are illegeal whereas all those referrals are legal.
So I kindly request all the online users not to use buyhatke as it is time waste, fraud and the offers are only to get maximum downloads...
