I had placed an order on 18th of may 2022 on an online clothing website on Instagram named as CAARAA. I had prepaid in full. Its been a month and there is no sign of delivery, no updates regarding the matter. There is no legible way to contact them since there's no contact no provided in their website. I would very much like to get my order if not possible I would like to get my money refunded.

I placed a Shirt from their official website, the product i received was damaged, and faded. I mailed them about it, pinged on tgier instagrm account, and tried calling the helpline numbers they have provided, yet to response. They have 7 days return policy in case of defective material, and i sent the mqil right after receiving the product. I am yet to hear back from them. The comments on their post is limited, and the number they have provided doesnt exist.
