I'm cabbazzar vendor I'm not able to trip receive cabbazzar not solve the issues.im many times complaint.but they're not take any actions so please close my account and refund my Wallet amount 1300 please

    I booked a cab at 6:00AM but the cab driver is not coming on time, while calling to customer care he is always saying 1 hrs but than also he didn't arrange any cab, and I have a loss of 10k, please refund my loss amount and the advanced money.

      Booked a cab mentioned time of going and return time also.

      I got call from cab driver that he can't reach within stipulated time and will reach at 11. I told him, my journey need to start at 9 but I can manage upto 9:30 as my meeting already schedule on destination at 12:30pm.

      After that he told me that I am not coming. Executive call me from cab bazaar and cancel my cab booking beacuse after 2 hrs it will not be useful for me..

      Now he has not returned my advance and saying that you have concelled the same.

      It's complete mis selling. Intially they spoil my 1 hr and I faced sorry faced for not reaching in meeting.

      Please return my advance payment and giving me harrasment

      I complaint 6 times over call but still no one bother to reply. Kr denge dekhege call.krte h these kind of words I am getting.

      Request help for my advance money. Misselling can't be accept at any level.

As we've checked your second cab driver was already asisgned to you at 06/07/2021 08:19 am whereas your departure time was 06/07/2021 09:00 am so there was no delay by our side, you can always check our refund policies. We are sorry to hear that you have had such a negative experience
