With the installation of new set top box which was installed at a cost of INR1450.00 as set up charges, we have been experiencing NO service with the prompt "No Signal - Pl contact your cable operator". Against contact number the set top box programming simply shows CABLE OPERATOR.

This is to bring to your notice that we are facing problem with our cable operatore service.Most of the times there is no cable in the area and when asked with the operators they say that since there was no power our UPS is down and could not provide the service.
