After changes and before changes of charges of cable tv we are contineous facing a problem and thats not solved yet by cable operator, problem is we can't see all channel completely working, whether the picture stucks or sound stucks, and most of time picture and sound both stucks and the other time it always shows "no signal" . Please take some action on local providers .....

Our cabel operator mr thakare looted our money. I was recharged cabel connection on 18 march 2019 i was paid total money 425 rs to operator. Now on 06 april 2019 today my all channel would be lost. I purchased independent tv hd connection by paying 1999/- for 1 year lockin in dec18. Now thus company denies hd channel subscription and ask me to pay additional pay. I'm suffering from last 2 months almost.
I had called many times, went to their office many times, but I have not yet get the desired channels as per requested form.
The local cable guys are misbehaving with me, my family very badly.
It is very much frustrating & helplessness....

I have residing at d. No. 34-10-24/1, dias veedhi, gnanapuram, visakhapatnam, 530004. We have sdv cable connection, from 20 days approximately stop the releases by sdv cable operator. The government have issued orders to releasing up to march 31st, 2019. But the sdv operator stop the all channels. Channel selection is done by them only, not giving to customers....

Currently having set top box of hathway.
Agrawal sonali cable sunder nagar malad west mumbai is operator of hathway in our area.
Cable tv is blackout since last 3 days. No channels are working.
Only free channels are there.
Hathway has shut down all paid channels.
Also i have made the payment in advance for a year till dec 2019.

We do have cable tv service with prakash sat vishion chottanikkara by den. We are not getting channel from 23.06.2013 early morning. Called the concern team and informed about the compliant. They did not respond properly till now. This is not the first time we are facing this issue. Issue still persists.
