Have cancelled my order and did not refund back trying to call them msg them but no reply.
mr jagtin and mr piyush.
refund ammount is 1300rs

I have ordered on 29th April, it was cancelled due to shortage of service on next day.But till now they are not returned the money.Not even getting any update after sending so many Emails.

I ordered a cake from cake portal website, cake was not delivered and never got refund.order no #28032

I booked my order on 25th August 2021 to deliver cake on 28th August 2021 but the order is cancelled by cakes portal. I received mail by cakes portal regarding cancellation & refund of debited amount within 7 working days. But till date the amount has not been credited to my account. Order ID 27368.

I ordered from this site(cakesportal.com) and they din deliver my order and also I din get my refund.

Such a disappointment when ppl take advantage of the situation.

I ordered a cake from cakesportal.com on 16th February 2021. My order ID is 10844. The cake was to be delivered in Telangana on 17th February 2021. On 17th I tried tracking my order but their was no information given on website. The cake was not delivered. In evening After sending several emails I recieved an email from cakes portal.com on 17th February 2021 that they couldnt deliver my cake as location was far from their merchant office and so my money spent on cake will be refunded within 7 working days. Today its 1st March 2021, Its been more than 10 days still my payment is not recieved and also their is no update regarding its status. No number is mentioned on the Website to call. They are not replying on emails also.

There is no contact details available there and they are fraud
