I ordered a combo of cake and flower for my friend on her birthday on 21 st early morning, order id cnf-0538 the payment has been debited from my account got a email confirmation also, but till today neither the product has been delivered nor i have got my money refunded. Tried calling them several times but no one is answering the phone, emailed them still no reason

I have ordered cake online thru www.cakesnflowerstoindia.com on 24/6/2018 and paid online as well thru ccavenue/ccamoto.
It is not yet delivered and when i tried to contact the customer support number +91 [protected] provided in the website, it was ringing on, sometimes line busy and few times cancelling the call. I tried so many times and in vain.
When i check my order status, its still showing pending status.br...
