I have purchased a pair of shoes of campus company from u_like fashion footwear bata chowk shoe market opp. Bata showrood nit faridabad on dated 19/12/2019. But this pair of shoes was defected. I have placed an online order #87807 on 1st September 2023, It was canceled on 6th September by Campus.

I have not received the refund against that. I have reached 10 times over the call to campus. TicketID #25622.

Every time they say refund will be processed in 48 hours, but they are not taking any action.
