We informe you we register this complain near about 15 days ago but no visit by any service provider at our home we purchase our product in November month and there is an electric issue

I have complainted on sep1st on Candes portal for my washing machine not working. I am waiting for more than 2months. But service engineer not responded my calls. Candes customer executive also not answering my questions. They are try to cheat me. How long i have to keep defective product.

I bought two ceiling fan from Flipkart of Candes Technology make, one of the ceiling fan just stopped suddenly. Same is covered under warranty, but customer support team is not attending the complaint since last 20-21days.

There area in-charge Mr. Anil is continuously giving false promises, Since last 10days.

I bought a Candes geyser which started leaking now. The product is covered under 1 year Warranty on Components and 5 Years Warranty on Inner Container. Have raised a complaint on July 16th but not got any resolution yet...

Have raised a complaint on April 7th but not got any resolution yet.

Bought candes geyser from flipkart. After 1 month geyser stopped working. No one is replying the emails, phone calls for service support.

I purchased candes vento 200mm exhaust fan on 31/08/2021...
After using for around 20 days now it started producing a lot of sound and today it produced smoke and burning odour and finally stopped working...
So i want to claim 6 months warranty on it..
I registered complaint no.#[protected] but no action have been taken yet..
Almost 6 weeks have elapsed since complaint registration...

I had bought Candes stabilizer from Amazon with 6 years Warranty.

While purchasing the company had advertised that it has service in 300+ cities. Now while claiming warranty, they are asking me to bring the product to their delhi store for warranty.

I will spend more on bringing the product to delhi.

Many customers are facing the same issue. Honble Indian govt should take legal action against this company for exploiting common people. Please see the below link:
