Never took a loan in 2022. CIBIL score says I have one for Rs.2000/-. Don't need a loan for that....

A consumer loan amount of rs 12000.00 issued on 21 mar 23 is being shown, though no loan taken from CAPFLOAT.
Please take down the data o[censored]nsubscribed consumer loan...

I did'nt take any loan kindly remove it from my profile

I haven't taken any loan of 400 rs bt it showing in my civil . And it effects it also .so kindly I request to remove it from my civil . Ending digit 7351 . Control no [protected].

I have previously used the amazon pay later feature, paid it later. But history of this still remains as an unpaid loan. Which is causing my cibil score decrease from last two months.

I didn't take any kind of loan or didn't do any kind of transaction with Capfloat.
but it still showing as consumer loan in Cibil. close that Loan ASAP. it is impacting my cibil score.
Need proper explanation and resolution on priority.

I have not taken any loan then why is it showing in the civil report? Close the loan that I have not taken with immediate effect. Does anyone take a loan of Rs 1000? If the loan is not removed from the civil report within a month, Then I will complain to the consumer forum and file a police complaint Thank you.

Loan amount full paid and loan closed. But still it's active. It effect my cibil score

Hi, It is showing in my CIBIL report that I have taken consumer loan from CAPFLOAT from Jun 2020, I just checked my CIBIL report and noticed that I didn't applied for any consumer loan in the past at all and I don't pay for the loan as well. The last installment paid on Apr 2023 and the account status is showing 'Active'. My CIBIL score has got affected due to unpaid installment since May 2023.

This seems to me the scam. Please, requesting you to close the loan account immediately (loan cancellation request) and share with me the NOC details as soon as possible. Otherwise, I would have to go to the RBI Ombudsman grievance redressal for the same.

Why he wrong with me

Fraud Loan showing in my CIBIL Account, I didn't take any loan from Capfloat or Karur Vysya Bank. It's still showing active in my civil report.

I didn't taken any loan from Capfloat Financial Services Pvt Ltd bank and karur vysysa bank, still they send me loan statement as attached in images.
When I contact their customer care they are not responding.
my cibil score has been reduced due to these two loans which I have not taken.
Also reported this issue through mail to customer care of axio.
Name of bank involved
CapFloat Financial Services Private Limited Bangalore - 560080.
The Karur Vysya Bank Limited Karur - 639002.
kindly solve this issue.

I have not requested any loans and f CAPFLOAT or any other bank. Because of this, CIBIL account is reflecting incorrect name details and score. Please take necessary action to remove my PAN from this account and loan and rectify this error.

I have checked my cibil report today, I have found an error on that, The error which I found is a loan report is updated as pending from capfloat, I have never taken any loan from CapFloat, I never heard about this company, Kindly check and sort out the threat as soon as earliest it is badly impacting on my Cibil Report

Consumer Loan is showing in CIBIL report. It is fraud.

I have never had any interaction with CAPFLOAT for any transaction over my life. Never had taken loan.

This is fraud done by CAPFLOAT against my PAN Card.

Please resolve it
