In my CRIF credit report, I have noticed an issue wherein it shows a CONSUMER LOAN has been disbursed to me on 26.09.2020 and the account number mentioned is "ana20e[protected]". I would like to clarify that I have never taken a loan then why is this reflecting in my Consumer Credit Report ?

I have not applied or search for any loan as well as I don't have any idea about this company, haven't heard about this company, then also I got loan activated in my account. I don't want this loan, it's affecting my cibil. Please help here.

I have not taken any loan from but it is showing in my credit report that I have taken 60000 taken laon from them

I have never done any transaction with CAPFLOAT and don't even know the name. They have somehow connected with CIBIL and update in my profile fraudulently. Please take strick action against CAPFLOAT and block this company itself. Now due to this my credit score damaged and who will be accountable for this? I have raised dispute with CIBIL but not sure when going to resolve.

I haven’t taken any loans from Capfloat but I can see a consumer loan of ₹7000 in my Cibil report.

Please remove this as it’s affecting my credit score.

I did not avail any loan from cap float financial services pvt Ltd but cibil report shows one active account of 2000. kindly close the account or I'll have to take strict action.
