Capital Hyundai Complaints & Reviews

I have been charged for labour charges on every part while the cost of parts on my service was 4k the cost of labour was 6500 making the service a hugely expensive affair. When asked the executive to explain these charges he was not aware of the details and looked very submissive.
I dont understand that how can capital hyundai sector 63 noida can charge labour charges according to their will.

i bought hyundai Verna fluidic (Diesel) (MILEAGE 9852 ) UP 16 AM 8080 (NOIDA) in December 2012 and i'am very disappointed with the CAPITAL Hyundai NOIDA because after sale service is very poor. Buying a luxurious car like Verna is a pain of life ...imagine company's like Hyundai how advertise on providing best serives even after the car is sold ... don't even bother to look on to cars delay is the only thing Hyundai should now be known for......

Capital Hyundai Noida is no good for sales or service. They keep their own customers waiting for hours to attend, job card opening & attending is like winning a war here. The service centre opens very late & even for 1st free service they need 5-6 hrs.
After having 2 worst experiences, I switched to Nimbus Hyudai (sector 64) & quite satisfied with the quality & service.
