I have been charged for labour charges on every part while the cost of parts on my service was 4k the cost of labour was 6500...

I ve a i10 magna and its registration no Is up16 al 1093. On 2 Sep 2015 I gave my car to body shop at B 79/80 sec 2 capital hyundai. Till date nothing work has been Done. When i went today i saw they also burnt my car clutch and the advisor Mr sanjeev Verma is telling me that its not our mistake. When i gave my car the advisor fully checked my vehicle also took it test drive at that Time there was no fault in my car. They also took it from sec 2 to sec 63 capital hyundai. If there was some clutch problem then why ddnt they tell me before and also nothing is mention in my jobcard if there was some fault in my car then advisor wrote in the job card about clucth. But now they were telling that euh 'll give the Labour charge and company will pay the part amount. I 've d recording also of that advisor. Its mean that all are thieves in capital hyundai and now I am thinking that I 've done a huge mistake after buying the Hyundai car... and the talking way of hyundai body shop staff is also so rude also manager behaviour was rude.       i bought hyundai Verna fluidic (Diesel) (MILEAGE 9852 ) UP 16 AM 8080 (NOIDA) in December 2012 and i'am very disappointed with the CAPITAL Hyundai NOIDA because after sale service is very poor. Buying a luxurious car like Verna is a pain of life ...imagine company's like Hyundai how advertise on providing best serives even after the car is sold ... don't even bother to look on to cars delay is the only thing Hyundai should now be known for... no after sale service no promises kept keeping their customers unhappy is the new tag line Hyundai should opt for ... We pay for such cars then these things it would have been great if I would have gone for something else. We are paying lakhs for a car n if you guys can't keep us satisfied with services y don't you ask your sales people to say on sale of car we have no after sale guarantee all we know is to toucher people ... Have a tag line Your tag line drive your way change it to change your mind before buying Cuz we are there to make your life full of miseries. CONTACT:[protected]
