I bought a car. [Volkswagen polo] form car24 platform., they sold me a faulty car on a high rate. I have raised multiple requests related to engine issue. but since from day 1 and every single time they denied covering the warranty, hence i went to workshop and get it done from my end. But now the same issue again came to highlight with bigger size. and again, they are denying for the same. Now it takes almost 40-50k.

Also, i m not the one who is facing this issue with the dealer but most. people facing the same issue, they are doing fraud.

Hey my name is Neeraj Kumar. I Buy a Car on 10 aug, 22 form Car 24 branch BHART CAR BAZAR (Bunglow plot, 5, N Pandav Nagar, opposite Mother Dairy Plant, Delhi, 110092). But still after 5 month car RC is not transferred on my name. I try so my time to ask about my problem in BHART CAR but they not response on my problem . Normally RC transfer take 7 days but in my case its more than 5 month. please solve my that problem and arrange call back on my number who can resolve this issue.

Hi I am Chandan.I valuate my Elite i20 Active car from cars 24. At first I told cars 24 employee do you take any profit from auction price they told me no .only 6000 service charge will taken from the cus.My car maximum bid price is 393000 where they offered me 364000. I already given him the proof (screenshot of Final bidding price) but they deny. Is this a Faithful service to the customer?? I have also the voice recording. This kind of service will take the company to the DOORSTEP.

Hi, i got my car evaluated and sold to car 24 as they promised me good amount of my car initially but while transfering the sold amount it was partial not full as discussed in deal. The reason for partial payment is my car have pending challlan of 400 rupees and for the sattlement of these challan they charged me 6400 which is 16 times more then the challan amount now i'm not interested in selling my car. But the excutive is not at all co operating and asked me to do whatever I can but deal can not be cancelled which is not fare. I wasn't told about the cancellation procedure before. This is fraudulent activity.

I spoke with the executive but they are not willing to co-operate. I told them i'll go to consumer court /legal but they said i can do whatever i want.

If they told me before about these rules, i wouldn't have gone to cars24 at all.

I have given a complaint to cars 24 on[protected]. Ticket ID #491126 and PNQ # 20995.
I was promised the car would be picked up from my badlapur residents regarding the repairs today is[protected] and there is no respond for the manager I spoken to on[protected].
I send him a what's app message today the 18th February, he replied to get back to me in 1 hour, till he has not responded to my message.
I feel cheated by card 24 employees,
My humble request to the CEO Mr. Vikram Chopra to please take action in the matter at the earliest.

I bought a Datsun go t from car24 in kochi in month of July 21, but didn't get the RC .when I raise the complaint I came to know that RC was returned from the post office RTO. Now I got stuck in middle. Car 24 is supposed to get me the RC .
While buying the car their were some issues and I was to return the car within 7 days.Representative of car24 ensured me any repair required after the purchase even change of faulty battery.so i keep the car, and when I tried to contact for repair the car24 representative was changes and my car remain in my garage for 2 months was not starting, didnot get any help and then I have to get in towed to nearest workshop get it repaired and replaced the battery.
Before purchasing vehicle was registered to RTO mattancherry, which was 5 km from my place, but now car 24 registered the vehicle with RTO trivendrum which is 220km from my location. They just made mess of everything.
Car24 must get my RC at the earliest and ensure refund of money I have spend for towing and repairs as it was under warrenty.

I sold my car on 11th July and same day I received token money ₹1000 & on next day all documents had been signed by me
They told me that they will pickup the car by tomorrow morning and transfer funds
Since then no body is picking up the call and then on 16-17 July I registered complaint
But still no responce from your side
As have give payment to other car as my token is going to forfit
So please make payment as early as possible and take delivery of car

Yesterday your inspection team came out house to inspect my car but did not provide my any detail regarding price of my car, i have pay 2 time 49 rupees in your account for visit, kindly provide me detail regarding selling my car

I had sold my volkswagon polo to car24, paschim vihar, delhi branch on 09th march 2019 for rs. 270000.

They give option me for instant payment which i choose but they deposited rs.1000 in my account in 2 hrs. And now its 5th day i didn't received any amount from them thay are only making fake promise every day and saying that we are already transffered but it is not transfered because of server down but when i discuss the metter with my own bank it say that in last one month there is not any report of server down. Then i realize that the car24 is making me fool.

Car24 is a complete fraud company

I have visited there tilak nagar branch as per there booking time firstly they took 2 hours to get the inspection and Mr Aditya Said, quote will be either SMSor Email or Call within 45 minsutes. but Now a days after 3weeks of time, No SMS or no Email or No call against Inspection. Also Personnel not attending seriously and may be use the details for illegal Purpose. I will send the Legal notice soon.
