High charges and billing

I want to complain about ip billing department miss Akhela she is so rude illmannered and she doesn't know how to talk people. The hospital is charging too much charges in every thing.
The government need to over look for charges. Hospitals can not cheat or defraud innocent people in the name of there health.

Surgery without information-demanding 1.80 lakhs

Sir,
My father's heart beat was high and feeling week for an hour and then becoming normal. It happened 2 or 3 times. Hence we decided to get tested in care hospitals. We took our father to care hospital, near hi tech city. They told us that they don't have insurance system setup yet as it is newly started facility and referred us to care hospitals banjara hills for angiogram test.
We went to banjara hills and they took my father for angiogram test. After a few hours they told us that they have completed angiogram, epf, rfa and we need to pay rs180000. They never told us about surgery and never gave us estimate. How can they do the surgery without informing us.
We don't know how to proceed on this. Where to complaint or get help.

Your labtest charges are much higher compared to other hospitals.almost 100%higher.medical board has to review the rates.

Your labtest charges are horrible and 100%more than other hospitals.you are not for poor or middleclass.medical board has to review these charges.
