At Carnival Anjali cinema Aurangabad, Maharashtra. They force you to buy food coupons when you buy tickets from the counter, or else they say book your tickets on BookMyShow....

Me mere bache ke liye...ghr se bna ke tifin bna ke leke gyi ...outside food mna hota h .. bt ghr se bna hua tifin to mna nai hota...or itna Ganda staff Jo mn me aaye wo bolne lge...

I bought 2 tickets from counter which was costing me rs300 however they charged rs 400 and told that you ll get rs 120 food coupon. Why are they charging for food coupon if i don't want. I don't want food or anything. I just want to pay for tickets. Pathetic carnival cinema why are you charging extra. This is ridiculous. Quality of picture is also not good. Plz don't go there...

I have booked 2 tickets via bookmyshow for movie jalsaghar for 12.5.2019. Ticket charges was rs, 180.00 per person but while booking they collected rs. 100 per person for snacks which was mandatory for booking and when i approached counter person she said this amount will be deducted if you buy something from canteen.
Can any theater make mandatory to pay advance none refundable amount from customer?...

I am harminder singh permanent resident of yamunanagar. Here carnival cinema in uppal mall gives tickets with additional voucher by which a ticket of 200 beacame 280.. And 300 tickets becomes 360.. They said it includes copon worth 70.. But inside the cinema all edibles are starts from 140.. So to redeem copon we have to pay more money. I thing this is not right.. There should be option of without copon tickets.....

In your GIP carnival cinema, we had been informed that this movie card is valid in all carnival cinemas for unlimited movies in all over India. We had specially asked them for the usage of this card in their kaushambi and vaishali branch as these are near / more convenient to us.

But when we tried to use it in carnival cinema, pacific mall, kaushambi. They refused to accept it and we forcefully had to purchase cash tickets.br...
